I didnt know what to make of Aerotek since I didnt have much faith in temp placement agencies. I have to be honest, Taylor Rose, in Farming-ton, CT called me and was talking about an opportunity that she was sure I would be a great fit for. My response to her was, do have the job spec in front of you, if not dont waste my time. Taylor Rose explained what the job entailed and there was a need for an immediate fill. She definitely had my attention. I was silent.. it was local, I knew the area, a place where not just anyone could even get an interview. I interviewed on Friday and started on Monday. I work in the Business office, I started very clerical however, they Have tested my skills and realized that I have greater talents. I am now balancing billions of dollars. This a BIG Girl Job!. The second Part of this is Taylor calls and gives me these pep talks and makes me feel like Im sitting on top of a mountain, the visit with coffee and doughnuts, talk about brownie points.. I was the lady of the a.m. I have to admit it feels nice to know that your doing a good jobs for your agency. I Then earned a juice card, my own an e-mail address and last week I received Keys to the office and the the lounge. Im under 90 a day contract and I have a good feeling about this one. Taylor Rose is a great find... a good spirit, a hard to find asset and good front line runner/representative for Aerotek/ASTON CARTER Natalie Shaw

First off Im writing a review for the Aerotek Farmington CT location, would of wrote one sooner but didnt know how to go about it till now. I must admit this company is great in so many ways the reason I say that is because I was out of work for awhile because of a lay off from a Company I worked for 9 plus years and I reached out to several agencies to try and see about employment and I was pretty much forced to settle for low paying positions at companies I either werent fond of or just took them to keep a income coming in, one day I got a call from a rep from here named MIKE FORD ( who I highly recommend contacting for employment opportunities) who said he seen my resume online and had a potential position for me that could be worth it for me if I was interested I explained to him my situation and he ensured me that it was worth the chance, Im happy to say that he was right Im currently still employed with the company he connected me with and I love the company, I very highly recommend contacting and connecting with the Farmington location for anybody who is looking for good paying positions with companies that could be your next long term employer. Thanks Mike Ford for being professional and consistent with your efforts in helping me found employment so that I could support my family.

I have to say at first this took a bit of time. But it was all well worth the wait. I had not considered a job that was offered to me by Leila and Kelly. I thought it was too far to drive. Leila convinced me this was worth me checking out and was exactly in my expertise. Let me tell you she was so right. I am so happy she was persistent. All I can say is listen to them. Do what they say and let them do what they do. I had many more recruiters looking for jobs for me at the same time. Areotek came thru big time. I can only hope I will retire here once my contract ends. Thanks so much to Leila & Kelly. Aerotek in Farmington has been great. Also Emily and Tiffany helped me so much with all my paperwork. All of them were patient, informative, & caring. They are now part of my family. Ill never forget what they have done for me. They gave me my career back. Thank you so much.

Im the type of person that isnt very trustworthy and skeptical about a lot of things, recruiting companies being one of them, but Mike Ford at Aerotek definitely changed my mind about that. From day one he was professional and direct, kept in constant contact, always called back or reached out to me on his own. I was stuck at a job for 9 years that I hated. Mike Ford found me a job that fit my criteria in every way and more. The pay, the hours, the company and people are extremely fitting and not to mention its a job I have experience in. The people over at Aerotek actually care not only about getting you a job, but the right job for you. I was first referred by a friend at my last job, with my past experience with temp agencys I didnt think it would help but I gave aerotek a shot. I was amazed by my experience. Aerotek helped me find a job so fast and easy, and my temp agent was the best! Brianna brancatti helped me find my new job and it was exactly what I was looking for! I moved from CA to CT and was having a VERY difficult time finding work. I walked in to Aerotek, sat down with Saindy Claude and within a WEEK Id had an interview and had started work! Saindy is the absolute best! She walked me through every step of the process and even worked with me over the phone the night prior to my interview to ensure that I was well prepped and in the right mindset to do well.
