Regional Personnel is a wonderful staffing agency. The staff is very nice. Pam was my recruiter. She is very helpful in the job hiring process. My first experience was a great experience with Regional Personnel. Pam reached out to me for a job and there wasnt a long wait to get follow up from her, she kept me informed through the entire process! Which is awesome because most recruiters dont keep you posted or follow up. I got hired at my first direct hire job with Regional Personnel! The staff at Regional Personnel even sent me a card congratulating me on my new job! So the staff is very caring and nice! Its not just a job to them to just fill a client need, but they also really care about the happiness of the employees. I recommend Regional Personnel to anyone looking for work with caring recruiters.

This is so true. It can be frustrating when looking for a job. When I was looking, I rarely heard back from companies after submitting my resume. I always tell people to follow up and send thank-yous but, in this day and age, job competition is a lot more cut throat than it used to be, & hiring managers dont feel the need to follow up or even contact people if they are no longer being considered for the job. I just think its rude especially when you can send an email so quickly. So I say this and by being in contact with Regional this all went away. Pam I can not thank you enough for your personal touch and walking me though the entire process. This help has landed me a permanent position. Thank you Thank you.... Kevin
