The corporate team is a reflection of a companys values, how they treat their management, and how they value their clients. CAROL DUDGEON HR COORDINATOR is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL HR MANAGER IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. She hired me as a front desk coordinator and was vague about everything the position would entail. She failed to tell me i would have to travel to 3 different locations 7 days a week. After being hired it was agreed that I work in one location in Greenwich CT. Then they decide to switch me over to the Madison Ave location, fine. Then they decide to put my in the Plaza location. This was not the agreement we came to at the interview. She then decides to not work around the 1 day in the week that I would not be available claiming that all managers are off Wednesdays. My Manager had no problem working around this day. Carol says she cannot accommodate this and how I was supposed to tell her the situation previously meanwhile I DID! My manager spoke to her in front of me explaining the situation. She does not take the blame but rather blames me for the lack of communication. Pays me minimum wage for the training period which was not explained to me and then chucks me aside claiming they cannot further work with me because of the 1 day I was not available. Meanwhile I explained this information several times to the OWNER of WARREN TRICOMI and the MANAGER. This was totally fine with them, WHATS THE PROBLEM CAROL? On top of that, I already gave my previous job 2 weeks notice before I started "working" for WT. This is extremely unprofessional and CAROL DUDGEON is messing with peoples livelihoods. She is extremely prejudice and judges people by their age and not their qualifications. NOW I AM UNEMPLOYED AND LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB. THANKS CAROL.

This review is long overdue. Ive been a client of Warren Tricomi salon for at least 7 years. Michael has been my stylist and I have had both Christopher and Rodney as my colorist. They are all true artists. I know this because I have evolved and changed over the years and they have been an integral part of my changes. I have been a difficult client at times...and they have gone way out of their way to please me.( I have high hair expectations) I most recently ventured out and had my hair cut by someone who claimed to be a great artist.{It was impulsive on my part but it was one of those "Bad hair" days) It took a week for me to get over the shock. I just got back from Warren Tricomi where I had it re cut and re colored. Its so cool, its sick!!!!! I got stopped by 5 people before I even got out of the place. This is not a cut and color. Its art for my head!!!
