Customer service at this place is a complete disgrace. Upon showing up after scheduling a hair appointment for my daughters wedding, I was told that Jackie wouldnt be coming in that day. When asked why no one had called, they procceeded to come up with a lame excuse stating that they had tried to reach me. My daughter who has also went there a handful of times has stated that she will not return because of the poor service and nasty attitudes of the high school help. This place breeds the typical hairstylist ...Young / Over Done/ & Drama. Not to mention the owner is an over aged woman who tries to act much younger than she is. Your not fooling anyone sweetie! My best suggestion would be to save your money and go elsewhere. Dana Cole has always been my fallback!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Uccelli Salon! After years of bad haircuts I finally discovered this salon and I will NEVER go anywhere else! I have been going there for many years now and never had one complaint. The employees are all very professional and the salon has a welcoming and friendly vibe. I see Desiree who is an excellent stylist and colorist, not to mention a warm and funny person. "A Google User" who wrote a review a few years ago obviously never stepped foot this salon or has her salons mixed up. What she said made no sense at all and did not even pertain to this salon which leads me to believe the review was written by a "troll".... DO NOT BELIEVE IT FOR A MINUTE!

I love Salon Uccelli. I have never had a bad experience there and always leave with the exact style I wanted. Rebecca is my favorite there -- she listens to what I want and helps to translate it into a style or color that works for me. Everyone is respectful and sweet, and always makes sure Im comfortable.
