I want to commend Jordan R. in the Hamden, CT office. I have been unemployed since November 2015. I first had contact with Jordan when she left an initial voicemail for me followed by an email, both on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. I called Jordan immediately, and she did an initial telephone interview with me, then scheduled an in person interview for Thursday the 28th. I was wary, I must add, solely because I had been applying for jobs during the time before her contacting me, and no one I applied to would dignify my application with a response because I am unemployed, as if I had a plague. When this happens, it is very disheartening and even demoralizing. Hence, being in my position I was wary because of the ride that would use up the valuable and expensive commodity of gas, when finances are tight. But I went for our interview with a hopeful heart because of Jordan. We met as scheduled, and all went very well. Jordan explained the needs of the job, I was initially interviewing for, and complimented my experience which she said was broad. She had a real professional demeanor, but in addition, she was sympathetic as well. She was honest about the needs of the position, but being innately aware and considerate of my skills. She was conscious of not wanting to create a poor experience not just for the employer but for me as well. After discussion, it was agreed that another position with another employer might be a better fit. She emailed me the needed assessments, and throughout the process of getting me situated to be ready to enter the alternate position, she has been always professional, but also thoughtful and considerate. She has been very kind and helpful, ready and willing to answer and address any questions or concerns I have had. She is truly an asset to Aerotek. Her actions throughout my brief interaction with her has been a very uplifting experience Her actions have refreshed me and have restored hope in me for obtaining gainful employment. Its been said that just the smallest kind word or action shown to a person can make the difference, and she has definitely done so. She deserves a raise or promotion, or both!!! Thank you Jordan!!

I have been looking for a job for months, then I meet JORDAN! My life saver! Jordan did not only find me a job but constantly checked up on my progress. She has such a positive attitude, that she makes you feel as if she really wants you to Succeed! Kinda like, your success is her success. Because of her consistency and motivation to see you win in life, it drives you to make her proud, and also motivates you to continue to be successful yourself! She has such a magical way of making you feel better about your situation and believing that things will get better! We all know that getting a job were youre not only doing what you love, but getting a great pay and great benefits is hard to come by. Jordan keeps all your needs and want into consideration. However, this was the first time the recruiter(s) at the Aerotek Hamden office contacted me about an opening that I was really excited about and they delivered. I got the job. And they worked with me from beginning to end and delivered. If thats not success. I dont know what else is cause I am now a very happy Aerotek client. Plus they offer much more than just helping to find a job. They also offer other benefits. Including healthcare coverage. I applied and almost a year later , my rep. found me a temp to hire job . But she was very misleading when I quit 2 jobs for a temp position only come to find out it was a short term and let go with only being with the company for 2 months. My Rep is no longer employed there, I had to deal with someone else who was no help, he is no longer at the Hamden Branch and I was transferred to another rep, who hasnt helped either . Very displeased !!! Would not recommend this agency to anyone!!!!
