Place doesnt even deserve one star. Absolutely horrible customer service skills and never return your phone calls ( even though they tell you to keep checking in for work and keep in contact with them). Last year they called me up in Oct while I was working somewhere else and told me if I ever need work to come to them and theyll help me. Well last November I lost my job and then I went back to them, I spoke to Kristy last on 11/28 and she told me theres many assignments coming up and work will be available and shell be getting back to me soon. Well I checked back with her on 12/15 and left her a message. Since 12/15/16 to now I have left her at least 20 messages and still to this day all these months later will not return any of my phone calls. Then I tried calling there and reporting her to somebody and they apologized and said theyll be reporting her and then I asked to speak to a different recruiter. Well I left messages for Sherri and I have left her 10 messages and she also will not return my phone calls. Place is horrible. Why the hell even say to people if you ever need work come back to us and well help you out and get you work if you have no intentions to????? Here it is months later and I havent spoke to a recruiter and they post up jobs all the time on the job websites claiming their hiring but then ppl like me thats signed up with them they refuse to find me work or even associate with me and Ive never done anything to them. Ive been treated like garbage and very disrespectful by them. I dont recommend them at all. Horrible place and only seem to help who they want to help. Hard workers like myself who lost their federal government job and got laid off and looking for any type of work to get income in turn to places like these just to survive. Instead treated like youre garbage and scum. They shouldnt even be in business

My boyfriend was going through this agency, they got him a job and when he arrived at the job the company manager told him he doesnt know why he came in because they filled all the positions and his agency should have told him because they called Monroe and let them know they do not need any more help. He drove 30 mins for this job. Previous to this job, they got him another job and did not pay him for almost 3 weeks and they did not have an answer as to why he did not get paid. Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service !!!!

I worked for the company for a month and a week, from January 27 to March 10. My first pay check didnt come to me, than when I went to put my two weeks notice, they didnt tell the company I was on assignment with, so when I told the company that thank you for the work, they acted like I was crazy because I was under the impression that I put my two weeks in, and than when my final pay check to show into my checking account, it didnt than they point fingers at the company I worked for. Never again will use this staffing

This agency gave me 1 job in 2009,lost the job after working a year and no job since then.I call them 3x a wk for the last 4 and 1/2 years and NOTHING. They post online they have jobs and even emailed me a response to my resume but then when i called they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about.Theyre AWFUL!!!

They gave me work for quite a while but recently filled an app,havent heard nothing and Im an excellent top notch worker. I think they just want young kids because the labor they did was bone breaking but I never complained!
