The Bradley Home in Meriden, CT found itself in need of a replacement for its slate roof which had been in service for 80 years. The members of the Building and Ground Committee contacted Macri Roofing, and after a series of planning meetings decided that this was the group to undertake the roofing project. The project began in April of 2016 and will be completed in the next week or so. This was a massive undertaking on a beautiful buidling. The team at Macri was wonderful to work with from day one. I highly recommend this group if you are in need of a new roofing system. The Bradley Home roof was a very large project with considerable detail. The team met with our team once a week for an hour and was very professional and kept us informed of all matters of progress. There were few change orders needed. Macri Roofing Inc., I am writing this revue based upon my appalled experience with your employee Kristopher F. Dunn. The gentleman and I had a contract to do roofing repairs to my residential home in Waterbury, CT. During this time I had given Christopher a down payment for roofing materials and I have not seen him since. The CT Marshall has contacted you to serve Kristopher legal documents regarding this issue but you did not cooperate. The issue I have, is that Kristopher F. Dunn has a long track record regarding this issue (info can be found in civilinquiry.jud. ct.gov website) he continues to work for your company. Refusing to cooperate will only allow him to continue to steal from other hard working people such as you.

Contacted company at least 4 times via their online form and via phone requesting a quote on a roofing job. Was continually told that someone would get back to me. No one ever did. If they didnt need the business, they could have said so.
