Great place. I just got the most jacked up hair cut a Regis in the mall. And I walked up as semmy was locking the door and he took me in when he could have turned me away. Fixed my hair and turned out being the best cut ive gotten in a long time. I will for sure be back for my next haircut.i recommend Semmys for sure to anyone who needs a haircut

Walked in for the first time today & started talking with Semmy like I knew him for years. I told him what I wanted, he made it happen. On top of that, the price was perfect. Id say Arthurs and his shop are the top two in Middletown.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable. The guy who works there is pretty socially awkward and could mess up your haircut like he did with mine. Not going there again
