I called to make an appointment for a mans haircut at Bugatti Barbers this morning and was refused because I am female. This was confusing to me, since I talked to a woman who CUTS mens hair, but I couldnt GET a mens cut as a woman. If I was a transgendered man who couldnt afford surgery, would I have been refused? Would a biological man dressed as a woman have been refused? Is there something about the female skull that is just unworkable? This shop presents as a hip, "alternative" space, but having tattoos doesnt mean a barber is progressive in any ways that really matter. Ladies, if you want to get a mans haircut without having to pay the vagina price, go to Tony at Myles Court in Montpelier. Hell let you keep your pants on.

Called a few weeks ago to make an appointment and was declined service because I was a female. My hair is short and the best cuts are done by barbers. I was beside myself when they would cut my hair. News flash your shop is in liberal Vermont! If you are a male or female and want a great cut with a nice atmosphere, awesome guys with a genuine love for what they do check out Myles Court in Montpelier its worth the drive from Burlington!

This is the best place to get a mens haircut in Burlington. I was immensely impressed with the service and professionalism shown at Bugatti. Its easy to see they take great pride in their work and take their craft seriously. Theyre also just plain fun people to be around, and their haircuts are reasonable values for the amount of attention you receive. Ill definitely be going back.
