Joe has been my trainer for a few months now and hes awesome. His commitment to his clients is unlike anything Ive ever seen. He is among the few to put customer health above profit and that means a lot. I dont know Courtney that well but she is always smiling, happy, and going out of her way to help the people at the gym. I appreciate everything she and Joe do for their people. I am a forever member of The Club and hope to get to know Joe and Courtney better and continue to lose weight and get fit with their guidance. Thank you for truly caring about your clients.

By far my favorite gym! The staff are great, always referring to you by name, offering you assistance and making sure you always feel welcome! I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place, whether youre just starting out or a frequent gym goer! The equipment is great and theyre in the process of expanding to a new building!

Joe the owner is so great and makes you feel like its your gym. When you come in he greets you as if you were family, and the atmosphere is like no other, and very clean. I couldnt ask for a better place to work out!
