My daughter has been attending the school in Norwalk for a few years and she STILL talks about the teacher she had when she was two.. The teachers in the twos are just so nice and they still say hi to my little girl. Currently she has Mr. Jonathan and Ms. Janet as her two teachers (she has others and they are wonderful too.. I just see these two every time I am there). Ms. Janet just cares. You can tell it from the moment you talk to her. She is there to love and to teach all the kids. Every morning at drop off she is preparing a wonderful project for the kids. My little one seems to struggle with not wanting to say bye to me but I feel comfortable leaving her in Ms. Janets arms as I know she is getting reassured that I will be coming back. At the end of the day Mr. Jonathan is always attentive and tells me how my child does and if she misses me. Lately she has "missed me a lot" and Mr. Jonathan lets her stay by his side until she is comforted and back to playing. I said to him today that he can always have her call me.. and he said sure.. he pulled out his cell phone to add me.. now that is going above and beyond. Both he and Ms. Janet are following their calling... they are in the right profession and it warms my heart to see how all the children gravitate towards them. In general, all the teachers there look up when I walk in and smile and everyone knows my childs name. They are all caring regardless if she is in their care or not. One of the teachers there is an amazing artist whose art work rivals that of illustrators. The kids come home with special art made for THEM by their teachers. I would be remiss if I didnt add that the front desk staff is always friendly! No other school is open on snow days like they are, they are there with smiles on and never seem cranky. Its nice to know that I can go to work and that my child is well cared for. Kudos to the Norwalk Tutor Time Staff!

Great Experience!!! My one year old daughter and 5 year old son currently attend Tutor Time in Norwalk. My son has been attending there since he was 4 months old up until tomorrow (he just turned 5) since he on his way to kindergarten! I love Tutor Time and only have great things to say about them. We have developed very strong friendships there. I completely trust and love all of the teachers, staff and management. They truly love the children and have definitely prepped my son for full time school. He is very artistic, can count, spell, write and socialize well...all of which I attribute to tutor time teachers. My daughter is well adjusted and happy because of everyone in the infant room! I continue to bring my children there everyday because they look forward to school and I can have piece of mind while I am at work for 9 hours a day, 5 days a week. I previously worked in Norwalk and I contine to bring my children to the Norwalk location even though my job moved to Stamford, which added on an extra 30 minutes to my commute each way. I am happy I chose Tutor Time and have had a great experience during the 5 years I have been bringing my son there!

doesnt even deserve one star. 3-4 weeks of neglect, negligence, and abandonment. with the final straw being a smear of feces covering my infant daughters entire cheek after she was changed 2 hours prior! *her being neglected and abandoned for these nearly two hours. *a rickety dangerous old rocking chair being used. *blankets in the infants crib. *rolled up blankets being used to keep pacifiers in infants mouths; pacifier falls out; infants face left in blanket for God knows how long. *infants with blankets left covering their faces while they slept. *no "name labels for a childs personal items. *cover-ups and failure to file proper incident reports. *numerous complaints made to the facility with nothing being done. *breaking their own polices. *violating state and American Pediatric guidelines. a nightmare of a facility. send your child there at your own risk. and if your child is there, get them out

I have to say that the management and staff at Tutor Time has consistently exceeded my hopes and expectations. My son has been there about a year and he has always been treated with respect and caring. When he transitioned over to a new room and was apprehensive, the staff was patient, and Jennifer and Joanne (Directors) were quick to offer ideas on how to ease his discomfort (one did work!). Tutor Time is a rare blend of two types of preschools in that they have the size, experience and teaching accommodations of large corporate daycares but provide the warmth and caring of a in-home daycare. I would recommend that anyone looking for a safe haven for your child to visit Tutor Time - Norwalk first... It will probably be your only trip! John Claudio

I toured them twice and REGRET not selecting them to begin with. I decided on Bright Horizons in Wilton instead and I REGRET it completely! What a horror show! We plan to enroll here in the next two months. It is the truth when you hear "paying more and for a big name means you get better quality."... This school is reasonable in price, the teachers are wonderful and the fact the management staff recalled who I was when I cam in 6 months ago was impressive. The kids are all so happy and as are the parents. on ein the parking lot stopped me with collateral in hand on teh school just to tell me how much Ill love the school. Its not like other set ups or schools, but for the kids is set up nicely!

Tutor Time exceeded my expectations. Our day care needs were unique and required flexible scheduling (early, late pick-up , etc). The management staff whom are led by the excellent and professional Center Director are great! I was also very impressed with the customer service skills exhibited by the staff. The teachers are kind, knowledgeable, and seem to genuinely enjoy every moment spent with the children. I agree with the previous reviews that the security is well designed and makes me feel comfortable dropping my daughter off. I would recommend Tutor Time without hesitation to any other parent.

This place is a joke full of criminals. How is it the my daughter has not attended this school in months . I even have the letter stating she is no longer enrolled but they still keep charging me hundreds of dollars when I dont owe them a dime ? And then refuse to refund me my money but I get a "sorry". Even when she was still enrolled they told me its one price charged every week I was perfectly ok with it but was never told about the $30 a day service charge I had no Idea was coming out of my account until I signed up on their online billing . Becareful with these criminal scumbags

I have two sons who attend Tutor Time. One is four and the other is two. They both love going to "school". They spend a very long 10 1/2 hour day there and they are both very happy when I get there to pick them up. They love their teachers and talk about them all the time and I am constantly amazed at how much they learn. Every employee at Tutor Time knows our sons by name and they are greeted enthusiastically every morning. We feel very comfortable leaving our children at their home away from home.
