Kosta, of Zveno Electric, is a very rare electrician these days and I know this after only meeting him tonight. As a result of a new dryer that was delivered to my home this morning and learning that my electric was a mess behind my old dryer.....my immediate panic was I have a plumber I have used for years who is fabulous but not an electrician. So? I Googled electricians in our area and the reviews for Zveno/Kosta stood out so I called him late this morning. He answered his phone, I explained my problem, he wasnt sure he could address my new outlet for a new dryer today as he was "driving his family to JFK airport" this afternoon....but, he added, "Call me after 6:00 to see if I can come over tonite when I get back". So, I called him at 6:30 pm and he was at my home one hour later. He assessed the issue, assured me it would be no problem, efficiently installed the outlet and then offered to switch the old dryer with the new one along with my son. He was a positive, nice and very professional person, his charge was very reasonable and before he left I promised I would do a review for him because he deserved this feedback and because I am drying laundry for the first time in days thanks to him.

Lost Power and blew Power Meter on July 4th around 1am. Not only did Kosta answer the phone early in the morning, he dropped everything he had planned for the 4th of July and came to my house at 8am to fix the issue. He not only solved the issue, he went the extra mile and checked out the rest of the house to ensure everything was ok. I was very impressed! The only Electrician I will ever hire again! If he had not saved the day my family and I would have lost all of our groceries, spent the 4th of July in a 100 degree house. When no one else would answer their phone this company came thru. I was so impressed with him that I got his business cards to spread the word. This type of customer service was the norm 20 years ago. If you want someone that remembers what true customer service is, then you found the right company and the right guy for the job.

I found myself without power in my bathrooms (big problem), due to a master fuse blowing out. I reached out to Zveno, given their high number of positive online reviews and ratings. Kostadin, the owner of Zveno, arrived right on time and was great. He provided immediate service and was able to resolve the issue quickly and in line with estimate. I couldnt be more pleased with Zveno, and will certainly use them again. I recommend Zveno to anyone that needs a good, reliable electrician.

I dont take time to write reviews but after my wonderful experience with Zveno Electric I felt the need to share it with others, so they can also be just as pleased as I am if they needed any electrical work done. Kosta came in to install ceiling lights at my home, there was no mess, no complications, and most importantly it was done very quickly. The price was very reasonable as well, and we will definitely use this company again in the future.

Kosta came to our house the very day we called him with our problem (not the 1st time hes done this), analyzed the issue, suggested a way to solve it that was a fraction of what I thought I would end up paying, went to his truck to gather the parts, and fixed it in 15 minutes. His price was extremely reasonable and I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone who asks (or reads this).

Zveno Electric, LLC was prompt to answer the phone and the owner (Kosta) reviewed the issue, arranged for an appointment, texted when he was on his way and arrived within stated timeframe. He thoroughly reviewed my issue, repaired it and provided recommendations for other items. He fee/rate was fair and market rate compatible.

Solid experience. Will use again. Kostas ran the wiring for a new BBQ, installed 50amp plugs, and extended pool equipment wiring. Very thoughtful, intelligent individual. Made an extra stop or two by the house to make sure things done right during the course of the project. Happy customer.

The work is good, but the follow up is horrible. They do not stay and finish the job as residential contractors are known to do. The panel that was installed was not labeled at all, which is a electrical violtations. Beware of this contractor.

Very poor communication, cursing at his employees and very argumentative. Left work undone and purposely sabotaged our electrical so it wouldnt work without him coming back to fix it. Would not recommend.
