Do not hire this company to do your electrical work!!! They are over priced and they are more of salesman pitching on how your house is going to burn to the ground if they dont do more over priced work. They told me that I had a 20 and 15 wire mixed leading up to my kitchen and the breaker was a 20. They said I couldt use the microwave until the wiring was 20 but they changed my breaker to a 15 from a 20 and disconnected the electrical socket. When I asked why they changed my breaker of course no clear answer. Their time to change it cost me money though. Now the wiring and the breaker needs to be changed to 20 which of course is going to be another expense. Long story short they changed a wire cost me 530.00 dollars and I cant use my microwave or a hair dryer in the bathroom. Also my fiance heard the one guy saying to the other guy why didnt you tell me it was a three wire after they finished which I am not sure if they rigged something or did something wrong. Plus I still have a headache from listening to the owner try and sell me for 45 minutes on getting an additional 3800.00 dollars of work done and how they are the best company and approved by the BBB. When I told him I am going to have somone else in to get a second opinion he told me call me and let me know their price, rather than just being honest and leading with the best price he could. I am now going to have another electrician look over their work if I am told that they did something wrong or put me at any risk I am going to go to the BBB and file a complaint.

Fialeck has helped upgrade our electical system over several years after previous companies incorrectly wired our home. Fialeck eventally placed twin 240 volt circuits into the house to handle all problems. Recently when handling a short that had suddenly appeared, they noticed that certain fixtures having halogen bulbs were overheating. On checking the wiring it was found that several of the fixtures had their insulation burnt off the wires into the fixtures with extension into the ceiling. If left unrepaired it would be a major source for a spontaneous fire developing. Fortunately they were able to remove and rewire all sites needing immediate repair.

Fielack Electric will be the only people I use from now on. They were fast, courteous and attentive. Their "done once, done right" motto is well deserved. They did all my indoor and outdoor lights and switches in my (at the time) new home. Found problems with the original electric (that could have caused a fire) and did a great job. 2 years later, everything is still perfect. They installed a ceiling fan for me not too long ago and it is wobble free, quiet, and well installed. I dont know why some people are saying they are over priced... Quality work does not come cheap. I would say they are fair with their pricing, not cheap, not expensive.

I recently used Fielack Electric to do the bond integrity test of my swimming pool . It was an urgent issue to be taken cared of to get my c of o for my swimming pool. Not only were they able to give me an appointment right away for the test but they were able to streamline the whole process to coordinate everything especially with the Electrical Inspectors office. I got my c of o in a record three business days after they came to do the inspection. The electricians were very professional and the owner of the company, Lou as well. My tenant that rents a commercial unit from me complained that the lights were out in half his shop. I spoke to a gentleman at Fielack (I believe his name is Jim) who told me to check with PSEG and with the tenants neighbors as it may have been an external issue. It turns out that it was. The lights came back on a few hours later. I appreciated his honesty rather than having to spend $$$$ on a repair that didnt need to be done. I recommend Fielack Electric for electrical repairs and will use them in the future!!!

Everyone has heard of a good honest businessman, Well Lou from Fielack Electrical is NOT that person. Over priced, pushy, and doesnt stand behind his "one year guarantee" after two months. Do not call this clown, unless you want to be overcharged, hear a bullshit 40,000 happy customer sales pitch, then get the run around after asking him to stand behind his work.

Overpriced, and call them in for one small thing they have to nose around and tack some nit-picky issue on to make the bill at least 600-700 bucks, to make it worth their while coming out. I felt like I had let a pack of starved wolves in my front door. And if you decline you get the pushy high pressure sales pitch.
