Trump Suit

Tried this place a few times and every experience was bad Had a haircut that was so uneven that I went back a few days later. The stylist who I saw at that time agreed my haircut was very uneven and attempted to make it look better. To my astonishment, I was charged the full price of a haircut to correct their mistake. On another occasion, when I tried to explain what I wanted to have done, the stylist ignored my input and responded that she knew what she was doing. Consequently, my hair looked awful after she did it because she didnt know what she was doing. Unfortunately, this salon does not have a manager on the premises, so there is no one to speak with when there is a problem.

I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted......it was a picture of myself from 3 months ago. Ended up looking nothing like the picture, and being uneven. The entire process of getting to the end was uncomfortable, but it was quick (not a good thing). Id prefer that more than 10 minutes goes into my hair, not like anyone else was waiting. Easily the worst haircut Ive ever had

Ive been going there for 2 yrs and Sandy is the best. They take the time to ask questions on what type of cut or trim I want. Even my husband is a regular customer. The place is kept clean at all times. Being a Hispanic woman I have always been treated with the upmost respect. I have only seen professionalism toward me and other customers.

Horrible I explained to her when I went there I must be able to put my hair up in a ponytail for work just to trim back straight across. I had plenty of hair when I went in now I have a very short cut that is uneven and to short to put up! She ruined my hair and had the nerve to say I was being over dramatic! I will never go there again!

This was the worst haircut and worst experience at a salon, EVER! There is a 3 inch hunk of hair missing, looks like a huge hole in my haircut. Then they kept pulling hair from my front and back to cover the missing chuck of hair. Told me everything looked good to them. #worsthaircutever

Horrible service. I asked for a simple buzz cut, and left with a haircut that looks like it was done by a blind a person. The woman missed multiple spots, and will never get my business again.
