Got my first haircut with John this past Friday which was masterfully done. I have been searching for months to find a barber that can cut my modern-Pompadour style haircut, and John made it happen to a T. This guy is an expert in his craft and was meticulous with the fade on my sides and trimmed the length on the top perfectly. The style has never looked so good, and thanks to John and I am loving waking up and restyling the look every morning! The other staff members were pleasant to talk to and it looked liked they also were very skilled barbers as I had a little down time before my appointment started and their customers left looking great (and happy). High quality shop here and very reasonably priced $18 mens cut and I got my beard edged off and trimmed for an additional $10. Best money I have ever spent on hair, worth every penny, and I will be coming to John for future cuts for as long as I can! If you couldnt tell already by reading this, I am ecstatic that the search is finally over and I can trust South Windsor Barber Shop to deliver every time. Thanks John, appreciate your time and precision!

Both of my sons like to get their hair cut by Lisa. She is professional and sweet. She always puts my youngest one at ease and manages to distract him and get him to sit still for his haircut. With my oldest tween she talks to him like he is an adult and honors his requests for the style cut he wants. Too often other hair dressers ignore his requests and cut it too short or dont know how to cut his many cow licks in hair style. Lisa is very skilled with dealing with different personalities and different hair styles. My oldest loves the hot towel at end too, such a nice extra touch. We highly recommend Lisa C. for a haircut!!!!!

South Windsor Barber Shop brings back memories. As a child I remember dads and their sons going to the barbershop together for their monthly trims. A barbershop just feels better than a unisex salon and those who work there know how to cut mens hair and what style looks best on them. I look forward to the strait edge razor, hot shaving cream, clippers & scissors as well as the real hot towel treatment. Jon is an excellent master barber who understands clean and current mens style. He is a great conversationalist who makes the "experience" something you look forward to going back for.

I had been to the South Windsor Barber shop few weeks ago to get my beard fixed. I maintain a medium dense stubble that I usually tend to myself. However, I was attending a friends wedding and thought of getting it done from a professional. I was a bit disappointed because the beard line was not straight and I had to redo them when I got home. I thought this was pretty basic and should have been done right. Anyways, on the positive side the place is very clean and the barber a decent man.

I have been coming to see Lisa for 4 years now and I wont go anywhere else. I drive about an hour round trip to come here. The shop offers a variety of services from a Haircuts, straight razor shaves, and facials, yes facials. The South Windsor Barber Shop perfectly combines old school services with modern styles. Hands down THE best shop around.

Great service and talented barbers! The hot towel service is my sons favorite. He usually has John cut his hair. John always remembers my sons likes and dislikes and cuts his hair exactly the way he is requested to. Its difficult to find a good barber. You wont be disappointed here!

Never a bad cut. Ive been bringing my son there for 6 years now. Lisa always cuts his hair perfect. No personal experience with the other barbers there but have seen them also put out great cuts and shaves.
