Stopped in today. The gentleman who appeared to be the owner complemented my vehicle. When i got in line the man running the car wash told me I would have to take my receiver bike rack off or he would have to turn off the upper wash roller. I had forgotten it was on my truck, my bad. Anyway, the owner came in and offered to remove it for me, so i could get the complete wash, which he did. Not sure i would get that anywhere else. The truck was clean, at least as clean as most other car washes. Overall a good experience. Also, the vacuum worked fine, and had brand new hoses.

The best car wash around. We have had the program since they opened in Southington and I have never had an issue. My last truck was black, I thought the car wash was scratching it and the owner walked me through the car wash and showed me the equipment and why they replaced the old when they bought the place. Only someone who cares about their customers would ever do that.

Awful. Took car in for detailing. Now power window broken. They tried to blame cosmetic damage after admitting that it worked while they had it. Passive aggressive, unwilling to take responsibility. Zero integrity, stay away.

Horrible ,,, I had an appointment Sunday at 9 am to have my truck detailed ,, I got there at 845 supposedly the car wash opens at 8 am and the place was still closed !!! Not a soul in sight ... they just lost a customer

They close when they feel like it. I had a monthly membership and canceled because there were times I went there and it was close. Employees arent the friendliest and the actual car wash isnt the best.

Average pricing for a car wash, I paid $18 for their best option and Im never disappointed with the result, it is a touchless wash. They also offer a discount service with a monthly payment.
