Sindy Van Meter — 1 star I went here to get my seatbelt buckle replaced today. They said theyve replaced buckles before, so I decided to use them to save a bit of money. They gave me an estimate of $200. I called two days prior to have my part shipped in (which they said they could get in one day,) and made the earliest appointment possible as they requested. I arrived on time, and had my 2 year old daughter with me. We waited patiently in the waiting room for about an hour and half, and I asked the if we could go to the store located right beside the shop. The receptionist said, "no problem!" After about 5 mins I received a call from an unknown number, and didnt think anything of it. A few minutes later I return to the store, and the receptionist says from across the waiting room that the part wasnt delivered yet, and the owner just left to go get it!!! She also said, "I tried to call you, but you didnt answer." I responded, "We have been here for 2 hours!!! You only just called me 5 minutes ago, but what you shouldve done was tell me 5 minutes after I arrived that you didnt have the part and we wouldve rescheduled!" The receptionist is nice until there is a confrontation, and then becomes extremely defensive and very rude. The boss came out and offered me a discount for my time, and I accepted. Do they realize how difficult it is to keep a 2 year old occupied for hours?! After 31/2**** hours, I go up to pay and they charged me more than my original quote!! Are you kidding me?!?! I said, "he told me that the part was $147, but this is stating $172," (not including the cost of labor.) The receptionist asked if I had the piece of paper with his quote, and I said no, because it was literally a piece of ripped scrap paper that he scribbled on and I accidentally left it at home. Nothing was done! They didnt care! I reiterated that I was offered a discount, and she said they took off some of the labor cost. It wouldve been $100 for the labor! What?! So, this wouldve cost me over $325?! Thats more than the actual dealership was quoting me. I wish I wouldve just went to the dealership. It wouldve been worth the extra $50!!! Lesson learned.

I dont really use reviews to share my experiences with businesses, but this time will be an exception. I usually go to Sponge Brthers for an oil change and a car wash. My experiences have all been very good. This certain time exceptional. I needed brakes and inquired about a brake check. When the brakes were checked, I was told that I needed pads on all four wheels and to have my front rotars turned. The manager, who couldnt be more accomodating, told me that he could have the rotors done and the brake pads replaced right away. The price was right and I told them to do it. I have been driving for 39 years and I have honestly, never walked away from a brake job that I was completely happy with. Squeaks, rubbing noices, burning smell and pulling to the left or right. I walked away that day, receiving the best brake job ever and was very pleased about it. Just felt the need to share. People are always sharing negative stuff. Great experience and peace of mind.

I recently visited Sponge Brothers Car Wash in Orange. I had a brand new BMW and I was skeptical on bringing my vehicle to any car wash. I bit the bullet and tried them out, and I was more than happy. First I was able to watch my car go through the whole process, and they even offered coffee at the end while I waited for the staff to dry the car. As I walked out to the car for pick up an employee came up to me and told me I had a nice vehicle, and then kindly asked if he could run it through the car wash one more time (free of charge of course) because HE wasnt 100% satisfied with the way the wheels came out. Shocked I said absolutely, when back inside and watched the Eagles Cowboys games and enjoyed another cup of coffee. It is nice to know that this company cares enough to spend the time to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. It is not the norm in this world and really made the experience memorable. I will absolutely visit them again.

Worse service I went for mobile 1 extended performance oil change. Officially Extended performance oil is made for 15000 miles and they put the tag for 10000 miles only! Upon handing over the car they showed me engine air filter which I did changed before 5000 miles which was looked excellent and only with oil spots which I am sure they did intentionally put on it! They were forcing me to change it. I got charged for the Oil filter separately 11 bucks!! I dont know where u can get that costly oil filter. Car wasnt properly reset for oil change indicator. The mechanic doesnt know how to do it!! He was watching a YouTube how to reset video!! Scary to give car in hand of such idiot man who has no experience at all and calling them self Pro! When I was angry on them the manager offered free car wash instead of solving the problem. I felt like they just looking for money rip off thats all!!

I went to Sponge Brothers with the intention of only getting my oil changed, and ended up getting a free raincheck (I went in the midst of a snow storm) for a car wash! The man at the front desk (my receipt says his name is Elias) was very friendly and informative. He explained to me in the simplest of terms the difference between all the oil options. At no point was any employee pushy. Jose, the mechanic, walked me through all of the recommendations he had for my vehicle, and again I never felt pressured to buy a product or have a service preformed. All employees were very helpful, friendly and provided much insight and knowledge. It was by far the best experience Ive ever had with getting work done to my car. Prices are reasonable and they are close to home. You have a permanent customer in me! Thank You!!

Horrible service!! My son just went there, and paid almost $50 plus a generous tip for a interior clean & car wash, and left there with his entire dash and center console, doors, and passenger side windows, inside and out covered in filth! It took him all of twenty minutes to fix the poor work that they had performed (or not performed) on my vehicle, just so I could have the proper job done to my vehicle. I suggest you be careful what you agree to pay for, and if you are careless enough to use them, I hope you have the time and energy in the day, to double check all their work, and the patience to do it yourself, if all else fails. Very disappointed, and feel that my sons trusting nature was totally taken advantage of. To top things off I feel SCAMMED, and suggest you STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!

Im giving them one star. I actually had two stars before I thought again about todays Express Basic car wash & a so called towel dry once again. The First time Ive tried them I chose the wash and wax $39.99.The workers did a great job. But it seems if Im just getting a Express basic wash The workers doesnt do a great job towel drying my vehicle. Leaving so much water all around the car that would leave spots. Its ashamed. My last 3 times its Been the samething. I had to tell one of the workers on one occasion no one payed my car attention and it actually air dryed bcuz of thr heat outside.i watched as my car was pulled up.no one did anything until I brought it to my attention. I will give them one more chance and I oay more to see if its favoritism to those that dont get a basic wash.
