Would never use them again. When I arrived I asked the first guy to ask the guys to make sure they give a little extra scrub to the bottom of my car because last time they left if dirty no problem he says. I watch him drive the car up to the guys cleaning says nothing to them. As I am watching my car getting washed I realize the bottom rim brush is not rotating. So I tell the girl at the front desk that is is not working properly. She didnt seem to care much told me to find the manger and let him know really????? That is my job to go find the Manager and tell him?? What a joke. I also paid for an tire shine which they did not do but I didnt realize it till I arrived at my house which is a little drive form the car wash. I call them to let them know and the front desk girl tells me I can come back and they would put it on. I told her that I have to go to work and It cant be done today. She proceeds to tell it has to be done today or there is nothing she can do for me. How about whats your name and number I will put it on file next time you come back We will take care of you. I apologize about any inconvenience. Thanks for nothing

DO NOT GO TO STAR WASH IN MILLER PLACE!! I just bought my brand new jeep and I was going to get it washed for the first time today. As my car was done being washed I picked it up and drove home . Once I got home I got out of my car to see both of my front rims paint completely chiped off!! I was hysterical. So I brought it back and asked to speak with either the owner or a manager. As the manager blew me off and told me I was crazy I asked to speak with the owner. Again I explain what happened as my jeep is BRAND NEW with not one single scratch the owner then started screaming in my face and attempted to get inside of my car and drive it off the lot. He then began screaming in my face telling me he is going to press charges on me if I dont get off of his lot. This man was not only intimidating but rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER BE DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!! And if you still choose to use this car wash I hope your rims or brand new car doesnt end up like mine.

My husband and I were going to a wedding and had brought our new Pandigital tablet with us in the car placed on the console between the seats. We stopped to get the car washed. The car jockey who drove the car through the wash did not understand our request in English as he only spoke Spanish. I waited outside for the car to be finished with a tip. The jockey ran quickly away ignoring my gesturing with the tip. Later, after the wedding, we discovered that our brand new tablet was taken. I now understand why he left in such a hurry- our tablet was missing. I called and the woman at the desk said it was not likely that it was there if it was stolen. Just like the advice that the lady above whos gloves went "missing" DO NOT LEAVE ANY ITEMS OF VALUE IN YOUR CAR THE DAY LABORERS THEY EMPLOY WILL STEAL IT!! I could have driven the car through the automatic car wash myself. Id avise that you do as well as the attendants are thieves!!

Miller Place Car Wash destroyed my car. I had to get an oil change on a Sunday so I was forced to go here because I had to take a trip on Monday. They changed the oil and filter and forgot to tighten the filter. It dumped all the oil within the first 1/8 mile. The car seized and they came to a parking lot down the road to change the filter and oil. They were able to get it started and claimed I was out of gas. I drove it back home but the engine seized for good on my trip within 80 miles. They totally deny doing anything wrong. Every business Ive ever dealt with in Miller Place has been honest. These owners offered no help.... what a shame. Most of the employees were trying to be helpful but the Owner would not even admit to mistake. There was a puddle of oil where they pulled my car out of the bay but that was not enough evidence. Pathetic, At least my Lawyer will enjoy it

Expensive, miserable, and rude. I got their highest level interior and exterior wash for $100. I waited for an hour, and when they told me my car was ready I found several problems which I addressed with the manager. The rims were still dirty and there was still dried mud on the side of the car. He had no response to the dirt on the rims, and he told me the mud on the door was concrete. Concrete has a high pH balance and would have destroyed the paint on the car. I was able to scrape some of the dirt off the car with my fingernail and I attempted to explain to him that it wasnt possible that it was concrete. He insisted that it was concrete and that he wasnt going to take care of it and he started to walk away. To add insult to injury- his workers took my receipt and waited for their tip. I will never go again, and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a long time customer. I ALWAYS inspect my cars prior to a wash, especially the wheels. Too many stories of damage. Well they damaged my left rear wheel, right where it goes on the rollers. I could even see it happen. The car was put on far too left and was push over to align with the rollers as it moved in. When the car came out, sure enough the wheel was damaged. I immediately reported the damage. The employee said impossible as did the owner who was rude and obnoxious. Keep in mind the car is pretty much a brand new car and I am extremely anal about my cars. I am show car person and know the condition of my cars. Anyway, they blamed me and refused any compensation at all. Absolutely no concern for my complaint at all.

Purchased groupon for this place and decided to stop on my way home after working my Medic shift. I had called ahead before purchasing groupon to confirm the details and was told that an synthetic upgrade would be 20 extra for quaker state. Kid doing the service couldnt even remove the oil filter I had to go out and help him with it. When I got the bill was expecting the 20 extra instead I was charged $40.00 extra. Girl behind the counter was beyond rude and said she didnt care it was what it was. Tried to reach out to a manager and have left several messages with little success. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PLACE.

Got an oil change and car wash. Oil change includes a full fluids and air filter check. I watched through the window as the service man unlatched and latched the air filter case without actually checking the air filter. Then I watched him check the trans fluid with the car off. YOU CAN NOT CHECK TRANS FLUID WITH VEHICLE OFF. Then as the car wash "technition" was cleaning my car "very well I might add" he told me he was done, I gave him a $5 dollar tip and when I got back to my office, the entire opposite side of my car was not cleaned, wiped down or dried. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT.
