Went to the wash today Aug 31. I was not impressed with the level of service. For two years these guys have been great. The last two times I went down I was disappointed. I would not have written this review if it wasnt for the way the manager on duty handled the situation. I opened my truck to find a whole bunch of wet leaves in my truck. He said "you left the car wash like that?". It probably was my mistake for not opening up my car and checking the quality of the job. Being a business owner myself I feel the customer should not be the quality control inspector. The Manager then said" you cleaned it already?" I didnt realize how bad the car was left or I would have went right back down. He said he would look for me next time I came down. Meaning what? Why would I come down again? How much did they care about me? As a service provider I would do everything possible to get a good customer to come back. He said if your not coming back anymore Thank You in a snippy voice. Some people have good days and bad days this is understandable.......They just didnt seem to care. They have been good to me in the past. Hope this helps.

I went to this car wash tonight I over paid for a bad job and insult to injury they knocked off my tire cover ran it over it ripped..(the tire cover said support our troops) the owner said that never happened before and he is not responsable for it....Well it happened and the least they could have done was offer a free car wash but they offered nothing ..I will never go back extremly poor business man

To describe my experience here. I would have to say grizzly bear could give better customer service then these jerks! Go in to inquire about monlthy car wash packages. The jerk behind the counter goes, "its five degrees out today isnt a good idea to sign up for that"...very rude. Recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere!!

The place has friendly staff but workers who cleaned my car are terrible . I payed good money to get my car back with sand still in it. And I dont mean just a little bit , there was a lot. The outside of the car was descent but still did not make up for the terrible job inside . Terrible ..

My car never comes out clean from this car wash. The owner argued with me saying it was my fault because my car was so dirty. Thats why Im paying you... to clean my car! I asked him to run it through again and he refused. waste of money...

Low quality job. They left dirt spots all over the places. Dashboard still has dust all over. Bottom line, not a good car wash at all. Seems that they dont care at all.

Place sucks paid $32 DOLLARS and when I got my car back was still dirty inside and was told they tried.

Attention to detail is just not there. I usually spend 30 min once home to finish cleaning it.
