Natalie hung up on me and refused to take my services. I wanted to use her fax machine which she stated at the beginning of the call would be dollar a page. But kept asking questions about what the fax was for. I politely answered all of the UNecessary questions, as if it was any of her business. Then she said never mind, I cant help you. And hung up on me? WTF? This business name is actually located in Arizona as well, so Im completely turned off by it now. And a manager should be aware of this. Hopefully she is not the manager and representing this business name poorly. Going to corporate staples now. Thanks for nothing.

The quote from Minuteman was almost half of the price of the Rapid guys across the street (without any prodding). Got my poster printed in three hours and I couldnt be happier with the quality. Service was very friendly and I would definitely recommend.

They also import our mailing list via Excel spreadsheet and address all of the envelopes too! Excellent customer service, as well. I highly recommend them.
