I have used this Minute Man Press for years and in 09 I created a rehearsal dinner invitation that I went to them to print...they could not have been more helpful. They helped me make changes to improve it and then printed a sample so that I could see it. I created another inviation for a shower and went here to have it printed. When I asked to see it uploaded on their computer, I was told the computer could not be turned around, which is what the last owners did for me. I asked to see copy and was told they were too busy, I was never offered the choice of coming back at a later date to see it. They said that I would get an email copy; what I got instead was an email telling me that the invitations were ready for pickup. I asked to have my return address printed on the envelopes and it was not done. The worst part was that I worked very hard to make the invitation have the colors of the wedding party, the invitation that was printed had totally different shades of those colors. When I went back with my complaint, I was told that they printed what I gave them, that they have been very busy and that in essense, it was all my fault. I bought paper and printed the invitations myself. What a waste of almost $80.00. Last time I use them.

Dont use this minute man press go to any other one accept this one! Head "designer" or whatever the hell he was hung up on me just cause I was having trouble understanding him on how to send over a design for print! Lucky I didnt go over there and crack this guys skull! Get it together! if u cant handle a customer on a 150 ticket order than how will you handle a big order? and im a seriously laid back dude! Dont appreciate the way I was treated, guy thinks he can turn away jobs if its not worth his time so if your not spending big bucks expect a less than satisfactory customer experience.

I have been using the Westbury Minuteman Press for years. They show a lot of patience and if you ask advice Robert is always helpful because he knows what he is doing. I recommend them. They are happy to help with small and large jobs. I have never had problem, ever! Very dependable even for last minute people like me! Rabbi David Rosenberg
