Does great work. Fair prices. Comes on short notice when we needed him. Fixed our toilet (needed a new part) and almost a year later an issue happened again. Called him. He came by and turns out it was a different issue. We asked how much and he said "all my work is guaranteed a full year, no charge". Cant ask for more than that.

Takes several days to return phone calls, prices are high, poor communication skills. Not highly recommended.
