I actually have not used their services, but I wanted to thank Scott Handley, one of the instructors there. I had a last minute need for audition prep, and he answered his phone at an unusual hour to speak with me about my coaching needs. While I ultimately went with another coach due to geography, his flexibility and friendliness speak well of PACC.

In response to eyerishangel - I return my phone calls daily, on weekends and while I am on vacation. I can only apologize for whatever oversight has happened that has not allowed you to receive a return phone.
