I needed an oil change and wanted to make sure I got the right oil. So I called Jiffy Lube & I asked them the price of a standard oil change compared to a synthetic blend. The man who answered the phone asked me to wait while he found out. Mean while I over hear him and another Jiffy Lube employee talking about how dumb I was for calling and asking that question and how I should look it up myself. They then proceeded to discuss their lunch options. All the while I am on hold. I decided to wait it out to see if they would return to the phone. 20 minutes passed and no one returned so I decided to hang up & call back. The second time I called they answered with "jiffy lube, please hold" & put the phone down. This time I waited 10 MORE minutes until I called back. I had a 2 hour window to get my oil changed before I had to work so time was running out, I had no answers. The third time I called a sweet woman answered and tried to handle the situation very professional. A manager got on and gave me my answer in less than 5 minutes. He apologized and hung up. He was very nice as well as the woman but I just felt the people were VERY rude & unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to ANY JIffy Lube thanks to the REHOBOTH Jiffy Lube.

I had my oil changed a couple of weeks ago at a different Jiffy in MD. While in Rehoboth, my skip plate or whatever the cover is called under the car came halfway off so it was dragging as I was driving. I went to this Jiffy to see if they would fix the problem. The woman who waited on me couldnt have been nicer. No questions were asked other then asking for my key. They had me fixed and out the door in no time at all. Thank you!

I was in & out !got oil change & new front wipers.But I told them today 2 times just a regular oil change & wiper blades . Coast me 94.97 +$5.00 -coupon so it was 89.97 i just wanted regular oil change. But since 2014 ive been getting the full signature oil change so maybe its my mess up ? Other wise service is alway fast & good .

PLEASE do not send your daughter or son into Jiffy Lube by themselves. My son went in for oil change and have trans fluid checked and gets a $300.00 bill handed to him...After conversation with service writer with no satisfaction then speaking to mgr they lower the bill to $250.00. That was an expensive SIGNATURE OIL CHANGE.....
