Go in for a tire patch and they couldnt do it right away. I SET UP an appointment to come back. My wife took the car in and waited for over 45 mins to get the tire checked. When they checked it and told her they cant plug it because the nail in too close to the side wall(4 ins away) then the mechanic used scare tactics to try and make a sale because she was a female. Telling her the nail is gonna fall out and she is gonna have a tire blow out in the next 4 days. Then try an upsell a tire that was 230 bucks when the tire only cost 115. These people are jokes and try to scare women into paying for stuff they dont need. Needless to say took it to another shop and they got it done in 15 mins.

Fair price and coupons yeah, but the work they give you isnt worth the price. Always check your engine yourself!! My undercarriage is soaked with oil from what I assume is someone who didnt pay attention to what they were doing, or someone who simply didnt care. Unfortunately, I neglected to see it until my father, a licenced inspection mechanic who actually knows what hes doing, noticed the puddles dripping from my Jeep when I stopped by the house. After checking to make sure the motor was holding the oil, he confirmed it was overfilled in a sloppy job. Ill never go back to another Midas again- especially not this one.

My wife went in there for the first time to get an oil change and they all were very nice to the point to where we take my and our sons car there now. good priceing friendly service WITH A SMILE IS VERY difficult to find now a days and they always have it. Kudos to them for going above and beyond.

Customer service is a lost art. Employees sighing, vocalizing complaints to customers, also did not accurately judge timing of service. Good for an oil change, bad for technical services. Its Midas, what do you expect I suppose.
