Cant recommend Miles Auto Service enough! I had heard great things about Miles for a while now, but hadnt had the chance to get there until recently. My familys van had an unbelievable turn of bad luck in the hands of a big-box tire shop, and even though we were under warranty there we had to give up on them and take it someplace we could trust. We took it to Miles Auto to have them assess and fix the damage the other shop caused. Fred White and Miles gave it a thorough look, found all the sloppy mistakes the other place had made and got to the bottom of our bizarre problems and the mysterious sounds we were experiencing. Fred and his team diagnosed and explained the issues in an easily understood way, fixed our car quickly and properly with quality parts and instilled a sense of trust in us which we hadnt had in years. We wont be taking our cars elsewhere again!

A+ for AWESOME! Fred White is honest, offers reasonable prices and really understands that taking car of cars is not the bottom line, but taking care of people is. He did a fantastic job providing a pre-purchase check for a vehicle that I was considering buying, and went way beyond the call of duty in making sure that I was able to be safely on my way in as short a time as possible. He accommodated my wish to see exactly what was going on with the car, from showing me iphone photos to taking me under the lift. And then theres Crystal, who answers the phone and appears able to have the power to make the impossible happen. Fred White has put together an awesome team to provide honest, fairly-priced automotive repair in a family atmosphere. What a wonderful place to take your vehicle!

I was recently referred to Miles Auto Service by my warranty company after experiencing auto problems with a new car I purchased. We dealt with Fred who from the very beginning of the repairs up until completion was very responsive, a great communicator and an exceptionally talented auto mechanic. This crew is great! I brought my nissan sentra in for an oil change last week and they give you a free courtesy inspection, which I found to be very helpful. The inspection report addressed issues with my car that I knew were there, as well as some new ones. They are all really friendly and willing to explain every problem that my car had in detail and give me estimates on repair costs. I just got one of my wheel bearings replaced and my tires rotated, and my car now feels so much smoother while driving. Big thanks to the Miles crew!

Freddie and Miles Auto are top notch. Recently, I had an issue with my car and the dreaded SES light. Freddie not only fixed the issue but went above and beyond in accomodating my schedule. My biggest fear when it comes to cars is taking it someone whos only goal is to make a buck off of you. There should be one more star for Fred and the team at Miles! Brought a Ford 6.0 in with typical problems, Fred has so much experience in the Ford diesels that he was able to identify the causes based on the trucks symptoms. The issues that Fred had expressed on the first day were accurate. Great work, super personality, and the highest level of character that Ive seen in the business for a long time. My car was shaking at low miles and they told me to change a lot of things that would cost me 2000$. Went to another service and the problem actually was 2 bad tires on the rear. Changed the tires everything is perfect and smooth! On theyre diagnostic they didnt even consider the tire! I ALMOST PAID THEM 2000$ FOR NOTHING.
