Demetri stayed open 40 minutes past closing on a Friday, and helped out on the selling price of a car I bought from him. He also did so much more. I flew in from Detroit to Philly to buy a used car in South New Jersey from a used dealer. The car had been photoshopped and was a complete lie and as a result I did not buy it. In a last minute effort I looked around online and found a car from Dimitri. I called him to see if the car was still available and went to go buy it. He had good connections at the tag office and got them to stay after hours as well to help us out with the sale. He also called later that night to see how the car was. The next day while traveling back to Michigan and over 200 miles away from Philly (at a turn pike rest area), my keys got accidentally stuck in the trunk with the convertible roof down when I went to go answer a phone call. As a result of the roof being down, the trunk release and backseat releases were disabled. I dealt with a locksmith over a period of 6 hours but in the meantime Demetri went back to his office and started looking at wiring diagrams to figure out an electronic way in, in case the locksmith failed... All on his day off. After I got into the car and got my keys, I found out that the doors being open that entire time had drained my batteries. A tow truck driver came out but did not have the proper tools to jump my car. He also messed with my fuses, broke a fuse cover, and left me stranded for a family function. I called Demitri to let him know what was going on, and once again while he was on his day off... he went to the shop, got a spare battery just in case, some tools, and got in his car and traveled over 200 miles one way to where I was stranded during the night. He got there at 1 in the morning found that the one tow driver had removed some necessary fuses replace them jumped my car with a starter pack he had brought all within a 10 minute period. He took personal time from his family to drive that great distance both ways, went to his shop twice that day, and paid gas and tolls to get to me... and the day before he had never even heard of me. He also amazed me with his 40 year in depth knowledge of Saabs and his passion for them. He went above and beyond any level of customer service expectation I have ever had. I wish he was out of Michigan so that I could go to him for service all the time. But I am in Michigan and not in New Jersey or Eastern Pennsylvania. But to those who are I would strongly suggest him. Youre the man Demetri!

Be VERY careful with this auto shop. They will try and get every ounce of $ out of you they can and your car may or may not be fixed. Theyre estimates, and what they actually charge, are typically in two different ballparks and they are more interested in justifying the cost than making sure you walk away happy. I begrudge no one the opportunity to make money, but you want to get what you pay for. Here, youre going to pay at least $95 for their "expertise" and your car may not meet your expectations when you get it back. I do not doubt their knowledge...I doubt their business practices. Wont ever go back. Before you go here, dont take my word. Do your research and go to multiple sites with feedback on them. I wish I would have. I would have saved myself trouble, aggravation, and money

Demi, is an excellent mechanic with an unparalleled knowledge of Saabs. Im a college student and frankly money is tight. Armen Saab told me my vic was dead and would need more work than it was worth, then offered me a couple hundred dollars to take it off my hands for parts. I got a second opinion, but got a similar opinion. Demi however offered to work with me, scrounged for used or spare parts, and repaired what others he could.

Demi, the owner and Victor, his Sales partner are first class guys that deliverer what they advertise. Demi is a master Saab mechanic and is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They sold me a 94 900T Convertible that was everything I expected and more. I would recommend any Saab enthusiast to check them out.

Purchased a used Saab 9-5 Linear from here. Awesome service. Honest about the car and was accommodating to fix an issue with the inspection after purchase. Fair price and easy to work with. Still driving my Saab a year and half later with no major issues.
