I heard sth very strange and loudly when I was driving on I78, and I took the nearest exit and stop at the first gas station to check my car. I checked my tires and found no problems. A guy walked out from Tinks and Asked me if I need help. I told him I was fine since I found nothing.(I didnt realize that was an auto shop) And when I was about to drive away, the guy walked out with another guy, and he asked me to stop and told me a cover under my car was suspending there. He told me that was the reason why I heard noises ( I didnt tell him anything about my car yet. Maybe its just me too stupid) He put that part back for me and explained why that happen and what how should I fix it. And he didnt charge me at all for that. Even though the cover fell down again when I was about home, I still feel very thankful about them. If Im not living 30 miles away from that shop, I would absolutely go back and get that totally fixed.

Skip this place. The guy is rude and overcharges on everything. Take your hard earned money elsewhere cause this place will rip you off. The estimate for getting a new battery was $500. $200 for the battery and the rest,Time and labor. How hard is it to swap a battery out? Certainly not $500 to do it. Plus it was close to his closing time so he told me hed have to do it the next day. A battery replacement is probably the easiest thing to do on a car.

An overpriced rip-off! The owner is more interested in money than being helpful. What ever estimate he gives you, expect to pay twice that amount. He does not take the time to diagnose the problem, just keeps you paying as he replaces parts in his effort to figure out whats wrong with your car. Cant afford this type of mechanic. And yes, the owner is rude!

Russ doesnt do all service, but for what he does, its always reliable. Most important, I feel like I can trust his advise. On two separate occasions Ive noticed a bad headlight, and stopped by. Russ has insisted on replacing it right on the spot, not wanting me to be in danger (or get a ticket).

I was recommended him by a friend. Hes very helpful, even at inconvenient times. He cant always fit me in, but he always takes the time to find an opening in his schedule and to show me the parts he replaced so I know what Im paying for. Hes serious about customer service, which puts me at ease.
