I went here for an estimate to get my muffler fixed.. Mike, one of the managers, explained what was wrong with my exhaust by describing every part in the system, where the issue was, and what they would do to fix it. It was great; I learned about the muffler and how that exhaust system works on my specific model. He told me about the two different ways they could fix it; one way was to get a whole new exhaust system, which was expensive... The second and more cheaper way was to just cut out the rusted pipes and weld new ones in. He was very honest about it even though Im a young girl who doesnt know much about cars.. I could tell he wasnt trying to scam me. After getting an estimate from Monroe right down the street (who werent NEARLY as friendly and honest), I ran back to Meineke. Thats when I met Pete, the other manager (who looks exactly like Johnny Depp!), whos a real cool guy. He, like Mike, was very professional and friendly throughout the whole transaction. The whole repair took about an hour. Overall, the customer service was great, the price was fair, and my car felt/sounded amazing after they fixed it. I would DEFINITELY recommend Meineke to my friends, family, and anyone else who needs their car serviced!

Called to get price for 3 catalytic convertors for my Mazda after Turnersville Mazda DXd all 3 as clogged. They told me to bring it in; I asked when they closed it was 1 1/2 hours. I got there at 5; 5:30 he told me only 1 was clogged; there was no code coming up that the front 2 were bad unless Mazda cleared it out; but my check engine light should have been on... He told me they could do it tonight; 30 mins before closing on St Pattys day... I was out of there by 6:10; he told me to run next door for Sea Foam tank additive that should fix any crud in the front 2. I added it to my tank; so we shall see if my gas mileage goes back up or not. It normally gets 230ish MPG per tank; was at 167 when I took it in to Mazda; was the reason I originally brought it there. I had a full tank of gas today; so should know by the time I use it up. Very happy with the service today. They didnt try to rip me off. Its a little noisier then what it originally was but I can live with it. Mazda quoted $5,000. for the parts; if I need the other 2 it will be $2,000 cheaper at Meineke.

This shop is awesome!! I went there for a check engine light not knowing if I was going to get scammed and I couldnt be more happy and thankful I wasnt. The manager(Mike) was very honest and made me feel at home with his service. After the quick check in they were on my car within minutes and when the technician found out what the problem was Mike welcomed me into the shop to show me what they had found. Even though I have no clue about cars he showed me on this computer they use how the sensor I needed wasnt working correctly. I agreed to the service which again I had no clue if it was a fair price or not and my car passed inspection and the check engine light hasnt returned. But the best part is that I called around to see if someone would give me a quote on the work I had done there and everyone was at least $100 more!!!! Thank you Meineke of Turnersville.I highly recommend this place to everyone and they have my business for life!

So i called Meineke up to see if theyd make me an adapter type of coupling to go from 2-5/16 to 2-5/8" inner diameter tube about 4" long and Jon said that they dont make parts. I was trying to salvage my exhaust as the last person that worked on it did a shoddy weld and it was about cracked through. Jon offered to do the job for $80, money well spent. It would have cost nearly the same for me but with the added aggravation that usually goes with DIY jobs, multiple trips to the Auto parts store, broken tools and all the gas Id have burnt going here and there...anyway, they made it an easy decision to just let them do it. I dropped it off. A while later Jon called to ask how i wanted the tail pipe positioned: tilted or level... They did an awesome job and were honest in saying my exhaust doesnt have much time left as it is rotting away and in about one year, Ill need to replace it. Good, honest, fast work at a reasonable price!

My check engine light came on a year ago and car was due 4 inspection, it failed. Mienike, and others said it was catylack converter was bad. Had to take it back 4times, to get it right, even gave me a rental, still 6 weeks later, they got it right. Year later, no check engine light. I got to say, they worked for that 990.00! I was so pissed, of taking it back, rattling, it was a hot mess, but I hung in there, till they got it right, had to call corporate for rental! Pete was a gentleman who got the crew on point, finally 4th was charm.

I just had the best service at this meineke!!! Mike was EXCELLENT! Honest and friendly with my twins who were a bit restless. He took a chance on my car and made me feel very welcome. Anyone and everyone should go there. Monroe down the street where I normally go they were so RUDE!!! concerned about "liabilities" told me to take my car to a body shop because I explained i had got into an accident and the hood of my car might not shut properly...they were just ugh! Mike and the Meinke team keep up the great great customer service!!!!

Had a nice experience from the start. Walked in first day received a warm welcoming and very light atmosphere. Pete is awesome, very nice guy and honest. Though I only had an oil change done I noticed my E break was not working a couple days after taking it here. Never had that issue before. Not sure what went wrong, didnt bother to get it looked at since I had too many problems already,got rid of it completely. Am on the fence about the machanics here based on E break issue.could have been coincidence but you never know.

Kind people work there but in my opinion bad service. Got my car fixed there for the first time and not even a week later it was acting up again (same problem that they said they fixed). Took it back to them and they said "we have to many cars" and the price was ridiculous. Then after they said they "fixed" it, I was stranded on the side of the road because my car was smoking so much it looked like a house was on fire. Thanks mienike, thanks for just taking my money and not fixing the root of the problem...

I had bought a borla exhaust for my 2010 camaro and was looking for a good installer. At first I was weary of taking such a new car to meineke but I must say I am impressed with the quality and service they offered. They seemed as excited as I was to hear the new exhaust on the car. Down to earth and good prices they didnt rake me over the coals.
