HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Please read and you be the judge. I heard a noise under my transmission. I brought it to these guys. He said its the transfer case and its $950. I paid the money. Went to pick up the car and it wouldnt even start. After a jump, I drove the car away and heard a new noise. I brought it back to him and he said it may be the motor mounts but that they didnt touch the mounts. As I drove off, I hear yet ANOTHER noise. This time its when I start the car. I brought it back and complained again. He said its the starter barrier. SMH. Ive NEVER had a problem with the starter or motor mounts before. So he charged me $300 for a new starter. I went to pick it up and what do you know...car wouldnt start again!!! A brand new starter and it wont start. They had to jump the car. Now, Im driving a car and the original noise that it had... still exists. After $1200, I still have noise coming from under my car that he was supposed to fix but didnt. Every time I bring it back to Raj, he says the noise is something different. You tell me. Is this just a coincidence that I brought it in for ONE thing and ended up with loose motor mounts, a starter needed and a car that still rattles? I dont think so. I just brought the car to another shop for the rattling noise and he told me its something in the drive train, which is part of the transmission, which is what they were supposed to fix. At this point, I have no other options but to get an attorney involved. I paid over $1200 to this shop and my car is in worse condition than it was before I brought it to him !!!!

I have been using Action Auto all my vehicles since 2011. I was introduced to them back then by a friend, when the brake and check engine light on my 1998 Nissan Altima was giving me problems. Up to that time my car was being worked by 3 different mechanics from different establishments and neither could solve the issue. Kapil and Raj at Action Auto took my car in fixed the brakes at half of what the others charged, and my brake worked perfectly after. As for the check engine light another establishment charged me $500 to fix it before inspection, it took them 3 months to get it working then after 2 months driving had to go back in. Raj and Kapil also look at it had fix the problem under $300. and problem solved. Any car issues they are the first people I go to. They treat me like family. I now own 2 cars which I purchased from them, easy transaction, any issues with them were taken care of immediately. Raj and Kapil are both very knowledgeable in their respective fields and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and trusted mechanics.

I took my 2007 mercedes gl450 to action auto world after cherry hill mercedes told me it needs a transmission and quoted me $6800. I figured a second opinion doesnt hurt because it kinda happened randomly without signs. Rog from Action diagnosed it to be the conductor plate inside the oil pan and total for repairs would be $1600.00 including programming. By the way, I had already shared with them what the dealer said and what theyre quote was. Since the repairs Ive put about 11K miles on it and it shifts as it always did. Theyve done my brakes & rotors and some minor repairs since then. Their prices are unbelievably low, either that or everyone else is just a rip off. I recommend this place to anyone for any type of repairs. After being in/out of there and making conversation Ive learned that its pretty much a one stop shop, they do it ALL. Keep up the great work guys, key to success.

I have to tell you how this Shop is one of the Best shops that I have ever done business with. The owner Raj and his employees are so friendly and mean what they say they are going to do. Their prices are so affordable!! Ive had body work done on one of my cars and my other car needed a new engine. Raj and his team had both of my cars taken care of with the blink of an eye and the prices were great...If you need a place to take your car from an oil change to body repair to a new engine this place does it all and they DO IT RIGHT!!! I highly recommend this shop for any of your car needs. Raj I want to say thank you so much for being a hard working honest person.. I will never go anywhere else...
