The service at this Aamco is beyond any service at any other shop. I have been a customer at this location for over 20 years and have been overly satisfied with the service and value on every visit. I used to work near this shop but now I live and work in Chester Co. Pa and I will only take my vehicles to this shop even though it can be an hour+ ride to get there. I have never had a problem they could not and did not fix permanently. I made the mistake of thinking all Aamcos were the same and tried a local one a few years back when my Sable wagon was having issues. I told them exactly what I used the car for and exactly what I wanted them to do.They fixed the transmission, a complete rebuild at a cost of $1750.00 with an external cooler, and a week later my wife was driving to work and a transmission line popped off and blew all the fluid out and therefore smoked the transmission. It should have been a warranty issue because the mechanic only put a SINGLE baby worm clamp on the high pressure line with no flare on the end to keep it from puling off. The owner said it was not warranty because the car had a hitch on it. The hitch was always there, I told them it occasionally pulled a small trailer (even thought it was not used that week it blew), and no respectable shop should ever use a single clamp on a high pressure line. I called Mark, who is missed at Delran Aamco. and told him my story. He called and pleaded with the owner of the other Aamco to do something for me but they refused. As a favor, because of a long time customer, Mark and Mario towed my car in to there shop, from PA, and rebuilt the tranny at a minimal charge with a lifetime warranty with the hitch still on the car. I will never a again trust any of my vehicles to any shop for repairs. Thats my story and I hope it helps. I hope I dont have to move to CA because that may be too far to go.

If I could put a -minus star I would! I have never been to a place that didnt stand behind what they do. I simply took my SUV here to have them check out the possible Transfer Case issue, they found that my axles needed to be replaced because the rubber was split. When I go to get my car my headlights wont come on, I call and they tell me that has nothing to do with what they did... Problem my headlights worked before I took it there... Fine I take it in they fix whatever it was 164.00 later my headlights work.... Now I was leaving for Nashville so when it was done my husband got the SUV for me took it home and now I arrive home from Nashville and my husband tells me well now the AC will only work on Speed 5!!!! Really!!! So I call and again the same damn story "Joyce one thing has nothing to do with the other" Ok I am may be a women but Im not stupid.. IF your working inside my vehicle than everything has to do with everything! My Air worked fine when I took it there why cant they just man up and be responsible for whatever it is they have touched and fix it!! Well at this point I am done, I will man up since they cant and take it to a reputable place and shell out more money for whatever it is they did. Obviously they hit something electrical that keeps putting something else out! NEVER AGAIN! I will only deal with 1) places that dont mind dealing with women and treat them respectfully 2) places that will be responsible for my vehicle while it is in their care! Oh and FYI!! Car still runs like crap!

Amazing Customer service and honest/upfront people! First impressions make everything and team AAMCO Delran was firing on all cylinders unlike my Altimas transmission. Donna walked me through getting the car towed to the shop and then gave me a courtesy call to confirm the car made it to the shop without any issue. Mario called me to let me know that two codes came up and confirm what happened. He told me he had to do some research to see exactly what the issue was. The team kept me updated daily as they were still doing there due diligence. Today Mario called to let me know the bad news, Altima transmission was not good.....THEN he goes onto tell me his team did some research to find the car is under Extended Warranty and the manufacturer would cover the costs to repair! Who does this, AAMCO DELRAN. I am blown away with the level of customer service, integrity and honesty of this place. You can be sure my cars will be going to this place for any future issues! You guys are the best, thank you!!!!!

I had a great experience with AAMCO of Delran, with Mario specifically. Not only was he friendly but he helped me with my entire car trouble experience. After several diagnostic tests, Mario let me know that it will need additional tests that his shop could not do. Im not a car person and I had no idea what to do, where to go, or even how to go about figuring out what the problem/costs could be. Mario was calm and told me step by step what I needed to figure out (warranties) and where I should go to get my Nissan serviced. I called back with a specific question on what the diagnostic test came back after speaking with to the dealership about the warranty and he told me not to worry and he will call the dealership where I bought my car for me. He made a stressful and frustrating experience easy and I was able to go about my day.

YOU WILL NEVER MEET A MORE HONEST TECHNICIAN. I will be referring my family and friends to Mario for the rest of my life. Could not be more pleased with his customer service. I took my car in yesterday after a mechanic told me I needed to see a transmission specialist. Mario said they’d take a look at it right away – HOWEVER, since the car is only a 2011, he recommended reaching out to the dealership to see if it was still under warranty (something I never even thought of doing on my own). He even went the extra step and called the dealership for me – it’s getting towed there later today. A less reputable company would never have done that. Any other place wouldve taken my money and ran! I am incredibly grateful and can’t say enough about Mario’s integrity and will definitely be going there for future service.

First, we took our 93 Dodge Caravan to Mario, Donna, and the technicians at Aamco to resolve our transmission problem, which they did to our satisfaction! Over the years, we have entrusted them with the care of our Chevy Avalanche, our daughters Ford Taurus, and yesterday our sons Saturn 200L, in every situation, some normal maintenance, others specific problems like the transmission problem, (years ago!), still another the most bizarre noise I have ever experienced, but they have taken care of and resolved every issue weve had! Cant say enough about their patience, understanding, professionalism, and problem-solving skills! We still own and drive the 93 Dodge Caravan, over 225,000 miles, and counting, due to their expertise! Thank you, "Super" Mario, Donna and the expert technicians at Aamco Delran!
