OK so I made an appointment for my daughter and I for Mani/ pedicures on Saturday the 27th for 330 I called back and asked them to move it to 4 PM because my daughter soccer game was running over she said could you do 345 because if you can we can have you out by five and we can leave early so they were already worried about leaving early on their 6 PM Saturday. When we got there the appointment was going fine even though they were working on my fingers and toes at the same time so that they could speed along the appointment they did ask if it was OK and I understood so I said yes then I got the new dip powder and the design and everything came out great, so we left even though I did feel rushed. Now on Sunday, 28 May I noticed that the clearcoat that they put over the powder and the colors and the design were already starting to chip I called them on Monday which was memorial day to make sure they were open before I drove in and they answered the phone I said I was just calling to make sure you were open and said thank you good bye. Nobody ever said any different or that they werent or anything like that so I drive to Milford to go in and show them what has happened to my nails and show them that the clearcoat and the white line designs are already starting to come off and she said oh I just need to put an extra clearcoat on no worries well get you taken care of but we are closed today. I explained to her that I had called and they answered and nobody told me they were closed and I explained to her that because they were air bubbles and chips just another clearcoat over top was not going to fix it but she assured me that if it didnt fix it to come back in on Tuesday when they were open and they could redo them for me. I work Monday through Friday job and thats why I called to make sure they were open today on Monday because I had off she rushed me in and out I expressed my concern and dislike about the nails especially for the amount that I paid and she did not care. She did not offer me any refund, credit or discount on anything. It has now been a horrible experience and I will not be going there again for a long time if ever again.

I dont realy hate but got my nails done 2 days before my wedding, on my wedding night my nail fell off my little finger Im just glad it was after pictures then I went yesterday after taking them off my self showed owners wife a picture of what I wanted, she said she could do that but... After sitting there she stopped 3 times to do someones eye brows and to take care of lady next to me, I was in there over 2 hrs, didnt get what I wanted cause she didnt have the right stuff to do it also she made them square (which I hate) so I left with nothing but square nails and no color no nothing and she said next time I will have color for you also I payed 45 $ for nothing but acrylic (plain nothing)! I am going back on Monday and make them take them off with no charge and go somewhere else

This is a great family run business ! The specialists are kind, warm and welcoming. Make an appointment so you know you wont be waiting. They can get really busy and if you walk in without an appointment during a busy time (and when others have made appointments), you will wait! Either way, its worth the time!

Came in on a Saturday. Waited an hour and no one touched my nails. The entire time I waited 2 of the employees were arguing, the man even jumped up and was screaming at his wife. Despite my waiting, 3 people went before me and got their nails or toes done. I ended up walking out. I wish I could give 0 stars!!

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. If I could go no stars I word. The lady was very rude and she didnt do I wanted done with my nails!!

The girls there were super sweet. Went on a Tuesday evening and wasnt too crowded. Prices were good. Just bring cash for tips :-)
