Do not take your clothes to Emily cleaners in Dover or Milford. I purchased a brand new pair of white pants for an all white affair and took them to Emily cleaners in Milford just for a quick press to get the wrinkles out and they came back ruined. It looked like someone dropped my pants on the floor and rolled over them with black track marks. When I brought them back to Milford the guy that usually works there said its nothing they can get the marks and stain off. No apology was given. He took my pants for redo. Got them back and now a rusty water mark is all along my pant legs. I contacted the Dover store 3 times requesting to speak to the owner about my ruined pants. Never got a call. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau. I know this may seem small and you get what you pay for but they need to know they cant ignore complaints for poor services received. May file small claims. It may wake them up. If I could give them a zero rating I would!!

Extremely rude employee. Have had several times where he seems like he is doing you a favor waiting on him. Yelled at me today. Prices arent worth putting up with him.
