I was pleased with this business until they burned multiple holes in the lining of a large slipcover. I discovered this after I had paid what I considered a large amount of money and was putting the slipcover on my couch. When I told the proprietress about the problem she did not respond at all. I was hoping for an apology, at least. My husband also stopped in to let her know that we were displeased and would not be returning. Again, just a simple , "Bye, bye." So I suspect she does not speak or understand English. Well be finding a new dry cleaner in Quakertown.

Dont waste your money here! The non-english speaking owner tried to tell me that a dog ate shredded my pants and the tore the button off. I dont have a dog! She ruined my pants and refused to fix the problem. Horrible customer service.

This is a business to avoid if you value your clothing. Second time they "lost" an article of clothing and refuse to acknowledge my loss or offer to compensate.
