Took my car here to get an oil pan replaced because the threads were stripped for the drain plug and they wanted to charge me $1700 , because they couldnt get it around the exhaust and wanted to order all new pieces and break the old ones and put new ones on. When I told them no they threw the old oil pan back on without sealing it and bent the dipstick and turned it backwards. Before I noticed this I put a new self tapping plug that fit perfectly and was ready to drive until I noticed the oil light on. I stopped looked under car real well and noticed loose bolts, oil everywhere on the ground and looked under the hood and totally missed that the dipstick wasnt straight up. Now the oil light is on with the engine light and oil pressure light and the car developed a horrible knocking noise after it came back from Firestone. I took it there with a stripped pan and left with an engine light, a horrible leaking pan, and loud knocking noise in my engine. I wouldnt recommend this place. If I could leave all the stars blank I would.

I am now a repeat customers because they are honest, accomidating and I do not feel as though they are trying to get one over on me. During a routine oil change visit, I asked them to check my rear shocks and asked if I should replace them with a heavy duty shock for towing. Their response was no, my current shocks are fine and the technician went on to explain my CVT transmission and how it works when towing. Yesterday I stopped by mid day to check my tire pressure because the TPS light came on. They checked it for me and filled my tires with air at no charge. They are a class act in my book. Someone else mentioned they work slowly. I can not verify this because I drop my car off in the morning and pick it up after work but I will say, my car is always done when I get there at 5pm.

Couldnt do a simple alignment right brought my vehicle to them for a alignment I was driving straight steering wheel was alittle off center they called said it was done, picked it up started to drive steering wheel was straight but the vehicle turned hard right took it back to them they said they would fix it but it would be ready until the next day I said ok got a call towards the end of the day the next day well all I can say is it still wasnt right this time it pulled hard left asked for my money back and went to a different place and they got it right the first time FIRESTONE WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!!!

I had to get my battery replaced today which cost me two days of work. This was an unexpected expense. Firestone had the best price in the area. They informed me of some other issues they found with my car but were very professional "Adam S." specifically. Because of the great interaction I had here today which has never happened to me when getting work done on my car I will forever be a Firestone Customer!!! Thanks Adam!! Went in to have two tires mounted and balanced. It took them 55 minutes, during which my vehicle was stalled several times and employees stood around instead of working. They clearly had no desire to work that day. I wouldnt be surprised if its like this every day. I will not be back, the local used tire shop does the same quality work in 1/4 of the time for a lower price, with a smile on their faces.

I whose there this afternoon time 2:00 clock for oil change she broke my car drain plug after that she told me your drain plug is liking you have to put new one i sad it whos good before you broke that she said no it whos like that &after that me left because she said you have pay for that

There price for parts are always ridiculous, if you price there parts with other Auto stores, it always almost double the amount of there parts and they wont use no Auto store bought parts and labor costs is ridiculous, I got to other auto shops and pay almost half the price.

Needed 4 expensive low profile tires.. they helped find the soft ride I wanted and did everything they said they would do at the times they said and were finished before they said. Good place to do business with.

Called at 10am on Sunday to see how late they were open, was told open til 5pm. I arrived to find they couldnt do 2 dismounts a remount and balance, 15 min. job.until Tuesday! Are you kidding me.
