Went to purchase a lifetime alignment; was told the cost was $179.99 (plus tax.) Before performing any work they tacked on a an additional fee of about $10; I realize this isnt a large fee, but there was no reason for it -- no speciality tools were needed nor was there any material/fluid disposal required on their part. Before having work done, the steering wheel was noticeably cocked to the right when the vehicle was driving straight. After having work done, the steering wheel is now cocked to the left AND the vehicle pulls to the right (it was driven on a variety of flat road surfaces to be certain.) Not only that, but the printout of the before & after alignment specs actually shows that the vehicle is now further out of alignment in the rear than it was prior to servicing. When I got home from the store, I checked the tire pressures -- they were not even correct. I was not at all pleased to pay over $200, especially considering the vehicle came out certainly no better, perhaps even worse, than how it went into their shop. When I called to complain (the same day of the appointment) I was told by the person whom answered the phone that he "wasnt the one had worked on it." Dont bother going here; its not worth it, even for a lifetime service, considering that they dont perform it properly.

I have been going to Firestone in Easton for a long time and never had any issues with them at all. I moved to Allentown last year and transferred everything to this location and I regret it. The people at this location are only looking for money. I swear my car apparently has a ton of issues since I started coming to this location. I went back to Easton and other car shop to get 2nd and 3rd opinions and both are in agreement that my car was fine. I had to get an inspection done so I went to this Firestone. They told me I need to replace my sway bars in my car. I asked bunch of my friends which are mechanics as well, told me I dont need to replace them. I took their opinions in consideration and went to Mazda dealership where I brought my car to get an official opinion from them.They told me my car is great. I didnt need a sway bar replacement at all. I will never trust this location ever again and will continue to tell everyone I know not to go to that location. If you need your car fix, go somewhere else that truly care about you and your car, not your money.

If it would let me I would leave no stars. When I first started going to this location I had no problems . In February I took my car in for an oil change. I should have been concerned at how fast they were. They never put oil back into my car!!!! Not too long after. I get a knocking noise . I take it back to them and "They cant find the problem, it has something to do with the engine. You need to take it to a dealer." They even ran a diagnostic test only to tell me the same thing. They knew the messed up and sent me somewhere else to fix their mistake. It cost me a new engine. Dealer said I had no leaks and that whoever six my last oil change never out oil back in. I do not recommend going there at all!!

Been coming here for a few years now and never had trouble. Went to get my inspection done today and suddenly the Crack of the far far passenger side of the windshield isnt ok and needs to be replaced. I say, "its passed inspection the last two years!" They say, " well you lucked out, they shouldnt have passed it." Oh really, thats funny, because THEY WERE THE ONES WHO INSPECTED IT FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS. After the revelation there was alot of hemhawing but they wouldnt renew it. Obviously a cash grab. Go somewhere else.

We took my wifes car in for inspection. They found some minor problems and fixed without over charging us. They did not "find" problems so that is a mark of a respectable mechanic. Only problem we had was she scheduled the appointment for the next day, we dropped the car off that night, and they didnt get to the car until almost the end of the day even though we dropped it off the night before.

This place declined to do an oil change, 6+ hours before closing because it was the day before a holiday and did so rudely. I went instead to the Firestone on Turner Street in Allentown and had the opposite experience: they communicated courteously and did the job promptly. I recommend the Turner Street location and would never go back to this one.

This guys have no idea on what they are doing or doing to our car. This is not the first time I have issues with this store, in fact is the third in less than a year. Definitely not going back! As long its for an oil change, AVOID!!
