If it was possible to give this place negative stars I would. I have taken my company vehicle there multiple times for regular maintenance and have been disappointed every time. First off it seems to not matter if you made an appointment. Every time I do, I drop off in the morning around 9am for normal maintenance (brake checks, oil change, etc.) and call back around noon and it still hasnt been worked on. Which leads me to my second complaint, they never update you about anything. The last and final time I dropped off my vehicle they never updated me once unless I called back. i also dropped it off at 9AM and did not get it back until 6:45PM. Horrendous. Worse still is when I called for an update they kept saying its almost done. I find out later that they didnt even have the necessary parts to start the work until 5PM. They never once informed me of this until I came in around then, and due to this complete unprofessionalism i missed a whole day of work. Needless to say, NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

Below average service. I went there 3 times and found that mechanic forgot either a screw driver or a bulb on my cars driver seat. I had oil change done once when they forgot to close all the lids under the hood, so i was driving with all fluids leaking whenever i hit brakes. Another visit for installing new tires when they charged for full tire package which includes wheel balancing. Driving around a couple days after that I foind that they never did wheel balancing but just billed me for that. I am giving 3 stars and not 2 because a couple guys on front desk are very helpful.

Went in for an oil change, and the employee at the front counter said he couldnt find my appointment despite me providing a tracking number. He said I could still drop the car off. I called an hour later, and the same guy said they were working on it. I come in a half hour later and the car was still sitting in the parking lot. The mechanic had left for the day. Dont waste your time and money on these people.

Took my car to them to have the relay switch and thermostat repaired, and over a month later I had the same problem again. Because the car wasnt fixed correctly I ended up having a blown gasket due to their incompetence. I also had to purchase another car, and I will never ever ever ever let Pep Boys touch any of my cars again. Not even an oil change...

I went for a diagnostic test on my car due to my service engine light coming on. I was told they couldnt find anything wrong, but they still charged me which i figured they would do so i didnt care. But 2 days later my car shut off. I wish something was found so it couldve been fixed.
