Aerotek is absolutely phenomenal. Dana is my recruiter and she performed an amazing job in getting to know me on a personal level to really understand what it is that drives in me a career, and guiding me to the correct openings that match my personality, skillset, and intended path, and now on my way to start next week. Dana has kept up and regularly checked in with me, which is very sweet :). Lauren has done an amazing job in ensuring all of my paperwork is completed and sent out on time and with no errors! I even got a chance to meet their manager, Anna, who also took the time to get to know me and my aspirations. Truly an eye opening and positive experience with working with recruiters, compared to previous experiences. Thank you Aerotek.

I was looking for something new in the Northern Delaware, Southeastern PA area, and was fortunate enough to get in contact with Mike Klosiewicz with Steven James / Aerotek. After exchanging information, the Aerotek team quickly had me set up with an interview with a major prospective employer in Wilmington. They helped me prepare for the interview and were able to answer every question I asked, and were there to support me through the entire process. I got the job, and they (Aerotek) continue to touchbase with me and even book my travel for me. During the term of my contract, my Aerotek coordinator kept in frequent contact to ensure my experience was keeping up with my expectations and that I was happy with the job. I was unemployed and desperate for work. I was helped by Joe Capano. He reached out to me the same day and I got an interview with him the next day, I was told that they scheduled an appointment for a position i was looking for and a company that was looking to hire. I had my interview. I got hired, it was end of the week, by the time paper work was done I was hired in no time. It took 3 business days for me to get a job. I have been working with Aerotek for a little over a month now. In the beginning I was skeptical, however, Michael in New Castle has been very helpful in assisting me with all of my questions or concerns whenever I need assistance. I just wish that the company that they placed me with did not have to wait 6 month before they were allowed to hire me on permanently. Other than that, it is a good company to assist you in finding a great career.

Good so far. They contacted me and got me an interview on the same day, and got me an interview for a position within a week. During the whole process Aerotek has been in contact with me. My recruiter, Shannon, helped with with a mock interview before I went to work, and has been constantly following up with me since I got the job.
