After having no luck with my job search for quite a few months, I was fortunately put in contact with recruiter Tara Whoriskey at Aerotek. Having previously interviewed with and receiving job offers through other recruiting firms in the past, I felt I knew what to expect. Thankfully, this experience was quite different. I could tell by Taras energy and enthusiasm over the phone and through email that she truly wanted to help me in my situation and personalize my placement into a role that best suits me. I knew that she truly had my best interests, skill set and future goals in mind and was here to help me. Not only was she available and willing to speak about the position after work hours when I was not able to communicate during the day, but she was diligent in keeping up with me the entire time during pre-employment and post-offer. She would go out of her way to answer any questions I had about the role, and if she didnt know, she promptly got an answer for me. During some hold ups in the process (not due to Aerotek), she quickly reaffirmed my status and eased my typical unemployed worries. Even after I was placed in the position she continued to ask how I was enjoying my new job and what my thoughts were, positive or negative. I could tell that she was continually trying to improve and do the best she could, not only for Aerotek, but for herself as a recruiter to continue thriving within her role. She was very understanding of my situation and concerns I had and made what would have otherwise been a very stressful process as easy as it could have been. I would recommend and be willing to work with Tara again, as she placed me in a great role for my future! Thank you!

I would like to present Jessica Eaton as one of the most positive, intelligent, not afraid of hard working get, the job done person, personnel recruiter, I have ever met. Her attention to detail in finding the right person for the right position; and, getting me a position at a fabulous company was bar none, best of the best, cream of the crop. The reason I exalt, is that during my time of searching, she not only found what I find is a perfect fit; but also, what I think the employer sees as a very good match. Human judgment is one of the most difficult of tasks in the human resource world and it takes not just reading the resume, it takes understanding the needs of the employer, needs of the employee and the personalities involved, no easy task. Many times I have heard employers say “well he looked good on paper," after they dismissed someone. Jessica took time to not just read my resume, she drove out of her way, many miles, to meet me at a mutually convenient location. Then, she research my background, discussed details of the position, and all with real care to see how I could fit the specs she had in hand. She questioned, and questioned again, negotiated and negotiated again. She puts in the time, does the homework and produces the resource for all parties concerned. Through Aerotek, specifically Anthony Caione, I got my first job after graduating from college. Originally I went to Aerotek scared that I wouldnt be able to find a job on my own before I graduated. However, after my first meeting with Anthony and going over my resume and doing a brief interview, the job hunt was actually enjoyable! Not only did he encourage me and give me (helpful) constructive criticism, but he took into account my experience and interests and helped me look for jobs/companies that fit what I was looking for. Recruiters from other agencies, friends, family etc. had all told me that I couldnt afford to be picky for my first job, but Anthony was very encouraging and really pushed for me to apply for positions that were actually involved in what I was interested in. On top of that he was frequently giving me updates on my application status, feedback on drafts of my resume, and advice/critique for interviewing. Overall, Ive had nothing but a positive experience with Aerotek and the other wonderful recruiters there, you will definitely feel comfortable approaching this staffing agency for assistance. Anthony Caione in particular was incredibly helpful and attentive, a dude who has shown that he loves what hes doing.

I started working with Aerotek about three months before graduation. At the time, they didnt have any opportunities for somebody in my field (infectious disease), so I did not submit any applications at first. The Aerotek recruiter John Maza reached out to me a month or so later with a job listing he thought would suit me. I applied and did both a phone interview and a second/final interview. Meanwhile, as soon as Id finished that interview process, I had another interview lined up with a different company. I ended up getting a position with the second company, one even better than the job I originally applied for. I was astonished by how quickly I secured a position. Throughout the whole process, John and the rest of Aerotek were very attentive, with one employee walking me to my final interview at the first company. I was constantly in touch with John, receiving feedback and news on other possible positions. All my questions were answered well and all my concerns laid quickly to rest. I recommend Aerotek to anybody who is struggling to find a job, or doesnt know where to start and wants a guide and somebody to do the legwork.

My experience with Aerotek has been amazing. When I interviewed with the company, I was hesitant to do contract work but thought that it would provide me with a great opportunity to gain some experience and discover my likes and dislikes. Lacy Preddie was excellent in setting up interviews and coaching me through the interview process. She also took the time to tweak my resume into a more polished and refined document. Lacy and Jessie, along with the Aerotek team, worked tirelessly to set up interviews for me and always had back up plans in case something fell through. After only a few weeks, I was placed with a research department at an Ivy League university. The position fell right in line with my qualifications. Aerotek and my current supervisor were on the same page about what was expected of me, so nothing caught me off guard. The staff are very professional, friendly, and efficient. So if youre looking for contract work or the possibility of permanent employment, I would highly recommend Aerotek. Working with them went very well for me, especially being a recent college graduate with only a couple years of experience.

I worked with Anthony Caione from Wayne office. During my job search last six months Ive had several contacts with employment agency so I feel that I can rate the staffing agency and its people with some confidence, and I can honestly say Anthony is far and above the best to work with. He was the only one who asked for an interview of sort to figure out how best to go about my job search as well as actually being a support throughout the process. Job hunting is at best a painful process and at times very demoralizing and depressing. I am not sure if Anthony realizes the magnitude of support a person can give without knowing. He has been a tremendous help both professionally as well as personally. Not only did he actually come through for me in landing a job but his followup was over and above whats expected of his job.
