Great prices,but they are deceptive, I had a chocolate ice cream drip on the front pocket of my shirt. I told the clerk and she said they make a best effort to remove stain (never had an isue before anywhere else) and it was an extra $3.75 to do it. She asked if I wanted to , and I said yes (I wasnt going to throw out a good shirt over $3.75). I come back and the stain is almost in the same state and I bring it to the clerks attention, and her attitude was "oh well" money wasted right? I get home, take the shirt into laundry room spend 3 minutes scrubbing with a tooth brush and SHOUT! I wash the shirt and it comes out no problem no damage. I take shirt and receipt back to shop see a different person, tell the story show the result and ask for my $3.75 back as it obviously was not done. He refuses saying he didnt know what the situation was, like I would lie for $3.75. I explained to him that I would not do business there anymore and that he would lose approximately $1000 per year from me alone. He still refused. I collected my things and told him that was no way to treat a customer. Now I wil go to someone else. Their loss for being deceptive and ignorant.

I took my kids Pottery Barn Teen quilts and shams for laundering. BIG MISTAKE. One quilt was so faded, and pilled that it is damaged. On the other set, the sham colors no longer matched the quilt. Faded, different. Im not sure if they dry cleaned in error or if they used a harsh detergent or something with bleach. At the end if the day. I paid over $70 for laundering services. And 3 out of 4 items came back faded or damaged. Owner refused to acknowledge responsibility and wouldnt even reimburse me for the dry cleaning service that was below par. Awful. I had been coming here for about 6 months with no incident but I would not trust them to do anything else for me. They treated me poorly and I would not do business with someone who treats me so condescendingly. I will take my business elsewhere and I would urge others to proceed with caution.

This place shrunk and ruined my 7 for All Mankind top and told me I had to speak to the owner, who I stopped back in to see 3 different times (during the hours I was told he would be there). When I finally caught up with him, he told me I needed to contact the manufacturer of my shirt and that they were not responsible. Prior to this, they got ink on one of my tops from a pen that was on the counter. Why would you keep an ink pen on the counter where peoples CLOTHES are going?!? It never came out. I wouldnt risk taking any more of my expensive clothes to this place. The owner is awful. Now I go one minute down the road to Route 40 Cleaners and everything is fine. More expensive and takes a lot longer to get your clothes back but my stuff comes back the way its supposed to.

Wished I had seen these review before I dropped off 4 coats to get cleaned. I ride by this location everyday and noticed the sign $5.00 Coats (clean 2 garments get 1 free) ... thought I was only going to pay $15.00 but instead paid $40.00. The gentleman (owner I thing) kept showing the sign on the wall, I told him that the sign said something else. I grabbed my coats and when out to the car - decided to go back inside but by that time the gentleman had left for Duncan Donuts according to the girls who could not speak very good English. Very poor customer service and you can bet ........ I will not got back to this location!!!!!

This cleaner is the worst place you can give you expansive clothes for cleaning. I got my Brook Brothers and Calvin Klein shirts dry cleaned at this place and when I got them back, both shirts were torn in the exact same place (left shoulder). I went back to the cleaners to ask for a refund/replacement and the owner said it is not his responsibility if I did not check for the clothes at the time of pick up. I have filed a complaint about this cleaner with BBB as well. For now, I would recommend staying away from this cleaner. No wonder they have only 1 star. Wish I had seen that before.

They have gotten EXTREMELY difficult to work with-demanding ALL buttons be undone (not sure I ever had that required before but...) losing items, and just being downright nasty. Said I could go elsewhere since they have "10,000 other customers." Not sure what happened but they need to get some new people in there or sell the business. Dont fall for the specials either...

AWFUL customer service. If you point out a small stain he tells you to go somewhere else. POOR service. Brand new shirts looked stained (as though washed in dirty water) when picking them up after my first wear. Maybe my fault but I missed a yellow sticky note in a new shirt, they washed and ironed over it. The shirt was essentially permanently stained.

Suggest you not take your clothes here. Took 5 of my husbands dress shirts, and only 4 were returned. Went back to see if they had it--and they denied ever taking it in. When I told the elderly gentlemen behind the counter that I would not do business with them again, he replied "no problem."
