A family member recommended Family Cleaners to me. They spoke so highly of the establishment that I had to see for myself. I walked into the Dry Cleaners located across from Pep Boys in Pottstown; I didnt see anything fancy until.... a huge bright bubbly smiling face come to greet me. The worker, a name I am not sure of yet until I return, was so friendly and polite I knew the reason for my familys dedication. The woman asked how I wanted my garments ironed, tailored, and asked me when I wanted to return for my cleaning. Some of the best places on earth dont appear dazzling, but are the most inviting. I will continue to use the cleaners going forward. A smile and attention to my needs deserves a 5 star review.

Excellent! Very kind & considering. My husband brought his good suit in he just perchased. After wearing he took it here to get cleaned. After two years I receive a call from them asking if we still wanted the suite? Well I thought it was picked up & put away in his closet the whole time, TWO YEARS!!! I said I be rite over to get it & was thinking how much is this going to cost us??? Well they charged us the same price & I will never go anywhere else! PAL

Weve been a customer for 19 years and am very pleased with their service. The cleaning and pressing services are well done and on time. I take my shirts there every week. The shirts are always neatly pressed and hung. Weve also used Family Cleaners for alternations and these were completed as expected.
