This is NOT who you want to help with your departed loved one. First, the office smells so badly from cigarette smoke you will choke. And it gets worse from there. SO unprofessional. They even filled out the death certificate wrong and I have waited weeks for the correction. When calling to find out if the corrected certificates arrived I just got the run around, they had to check the files and get back to me. ? Really, its a tiny office what is so hard about checking a file? Nothing was professional, I only used them because my husband passed in the night at the very nearby hospice and this was the closest at a time I wasnt thinking clearly. its a dated stinky place with equal staff:-( dont make the mistake I did...

Was really a nightmare doing business with this Covell Funeral home, it took 40 days before my mother arrived in the Philippines, and they dont do any effort of follow up the document, it was us who called the consulate in Washington and we found out that missing document, and at first they send it to Chicago that the jurisdiction of Florida is in Washington, they dont do the searching of the said documents,.And now they are asking more money from us,hah we dont owe any money from you Mr . Covell in fact you owed money from us, I spent $350 dollars in rescheduling my flight and loss of wages.

Totally unhappy with this unprofessional company. When your father dies you are upset enough, but to find the so called professionals who should be of help just cause problems is disheartening. This is LOW END service, in a very stinky smelly office with staff that cant get the simplest of facts straight like NAME and ADDRES.. DONt bother with this company, find someone reputable. We only used them because the Hospice facility in the middle of the night when Dad passes was very close by..big mistake.

Mr. Covell was very sweet to me when my father passed in December of 2015, he kept me up to date with phone calls and even helped me beyond imagine. I had no one to turn to for help and he was there pointing me in the right direction. My brother has just passed so I will be contacting Mr. Covell again for his services. And for the people complaining of the smell of the business, it is a funeral home. What do you expect to smell, roses?
