Service is awful!! The kid at register who took my order didnt say hello, just stared at me and I has to ask him if he was ready to take my order; girl making my sandwiches was chomping and smacking her gum with her mouth open over my food, and employees, including general manager did not greet even one customer... They say welcome to firehouse quiet as a mouse and looking down at the sandwich toppings so people walking in the door will never hear them. Not the usual experience we are used to at firehouse subs!!

Slowest firehouse Ive been to. Ordered online, came in 5 minutes after scheduled pickup time, but the two subs werent ready. The order hadnt even been started, even though 3 customers were in the store, all eating. Young staff had very little work ethic, Id suggest a manager staff the shop to ensure quality and expediency. I cant say Ill be coming back to this location.

The last 3 times I have been here they have put the wrong toppings on my sub when it is on the receipt correctly. When I take it up to let them know it was made wrong they are annoyed and act like it is my fault. We have always loved coming here since Mike was the manager. Not anymore!

I like the taste of the food, but the prices are expensive. I bought a meatball sub without the bread. The bread is a big part of the price and they did not discount any money. 8 meatballs with cheese for $8.82 its in my opinion ridiculous!!!

DONT GO HERE! Suck service! If it isnt lunch time the young girls that run the place at night wont acknowledge you. Their chit chat cant be interrupted by business. I feel for whomever owns the place. Going to 5 guys now!

5 days ago the bottom of the container used to serve their CHILI fell out burning my chest and stomach causing server pain. Ive complained online and as of today still have not had any contact from their corporate office.

Got to say Im not really impressed by the service was slow and not very attentive. Second issue, my friend and I are now both sick as dogs Im currently stuck in a Home Depot bathroom unable to move.
