February 29 2016 I came to subway in radiant gas station in zephyrhills because two weeks ago. I was at this subway with my son. And he left his blanket there that he has had since he was born he is 4 now with autism and anxiety and the blanket is his comfort. He left it on the table. He was crying and upset all night so I called and called and the girls said it was not there. I know it was only place we went to. So I came in and the girl said if it would be anywhere it would be on the trash and pointed me to the trash sure enough my sons blanket was in there soaked with soda and food all over it. The girl knew it was in there!! I was beyond pissed this is so unprofessional when somethings found you keep it for at least 24 hours and put in lost and found. The girls apologized and said they would give me a footlong and kids meal and let the manager know. I went back today and spoke with the manager and never have been so disrespected in my life rude loud and nasty . And said there was no way like I was lieing. If he wants to get nasty I can get nasty also and call the news and dirty dining and let them know about the german cock roaches I have seen crawling on the counters and where the meat and cheese is !!! I have been going here for years and Im very upset. So unprofessional
