I give them a Zero but it would not work on the Post. It states one star but serious they are the worse cleaners I have every encounter. I had to send my item back three times. It took me two weeks almost to get it back. Who does this! Customer Service Zero. I am the customer and it appear no one really care about giving me the Proper service. A note to all .. Do not use this cleaners. Also, do not pay for your cleaning in advance. "thats what I did and the refuse to refund me anything for poor service.
