Been going to this locations for nearly 10 years. Took 6 pair of pants in on May 23, came back for them June 6th. They cant find them. Lady tries to say she remembers giving to me the afternoon of 23rd. When pressed to show where I signed for them, she says she remembers me walking out without signing the book (haha). They just cant admit that they gave to someone else or lost, despite all evidence that I never picked up the pants and still had my ticket. I try to support them despite not being such a bargain anymore, yet this blatant display of lying to a regular customer shows a tremendous lack of integrity.

Weekly customer for the last two years. Today, I put on a white dress shirt that I had cleaned at the Dry Cleaning Depot. Unfortunately, I noticed some type of pink chemical/solution on the collar of the shirt. When I called the cleaner about the shirt - she said they were not responsible. I asked her if I could come by and show her the shirt to find out what got on the shirt. She told me the shirt was my problem...not their problem. TIME TO FIND A NEW CLEANER!

DO NOT GO HERE THERE RUINED MY DRESS AND COULD CARE LESS AND SAID THEY RECEIVE IT LIKE THAT WITH STAINS ALL OVER IT FROM THE INK OF THE DRESS WHICH WAS WHITE AND PURPLE FLOWERS A SUNDRESS FUNNY THING I HAD JUST BROUGHT IT!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE INSTEAD OF FIXING THE PROBLEM THEY FAULT WITH ME AND SAID IT CAME IN LIKE THAT.
