Rude on the phone. When I called to ask if they had found my kindle the employee said yes. She would call the other guy to tell him I was coming for it. Then I gave her my name she asked for my number when she got a hold of him. Then when I called back because I never heard back in an hour. She answered and no longer spoke English. Nor did the manager. They had no kindle and no idea. The original employee told me it was there and the other employee had taken it home. Then the manager acted like I was crazy when I tried to explain it. I said I just wanted the kindle back then we dont know what youre talking about. Very frustrating.

Dropped off HUGE load of laundry for Wash-Dry-Gold service. The young lady was so sweet, I hated to leave all of it with her. But, we had a list of things to get done before returning home. She told me to give her three hours. A little more than four hours later, we returned. Laundry was cleaned, folded, and bagged and tied closed. Made the trip home easier. I was able to put it all in the bed of the truck, cab being full of the morning shopping. Gave the attendant a fiver for the effort. Great place.
