I am very upset by the negative reviews I am reading here! I could not have been more pleased with the service, kindness and professionalism posed to me by the staff and especially Frank Ortiz as they supported me while trying to arrange a service for my son, Gregory P Dickson. They helped me to ensure all the bases were covered, offered suggestions regarding details I would never have thought of during this tragic event....a mother should NEVER lose a child. The service was above and beyond my expectations. With very little to go on, they brought celebration of the life of my son. Anyone who knew him would have smiled and said, "thats so Greg!" I have received nothing but compliments on the beauty and integrity evidenced on this day. Thank you, Frank Ortiz and your entire staff for a beautiful service.

DO NOT USE THIS FUNERAL HOME!!! My mothers dear long-time companion, age 97, was cremated (we hope!) by them. They DID NOTHING, in spite of repeated prompting by phone, email to prepare an obituary or even put a notice of services on their website. My mother is devastated that no one found out about the service. They repeatedly assured his relatives that an obituary would appear, notices would appear and NOTHING happened. Go somewhere else, anywhere. This lovely man did not deserve this.

I cant say enough good things about Stowers. When my grandfather died, they were so compassionate, respectful, and just all around good at what they do. They made it their priority to make the process as easy on us as possible. Michelle even came to our home to go over arrangements for the marker. During such an awful time in our lives, my grandmother and I are so very thankful to Stowers for all they did for us.

Our family just wanted to thank Ron, Michele and all the staff. For a day that was filled with so much sorrow; my mother and I were assisted step by step on how the entire process would work.
