Me hice el tratamiento de la keratina que sumamente encantada. Grace hizo un trabajo espectacular quede encantada, les recomiendo este Salon de belleza. La atencion para mi tambien es importante y ellos realmente me dieron buena atencion desde la entrada de la puerta, yo fui recomendad por una amiga y se lo agradesco por haberme puesto en las manos de Grace. I would like to recommend this beautiful hair salon, I am very pleased with their service. Grace, the hair stylist and owner was amazing. I really would like to give her a A+ for her work. Just a note about the service I received last night. With an appointment I arrived 5 minutes early for my blow out, only to stand looking at the receptionist for at least 4 minutes with no acknowledgement. Then the same lady that ignored me, is my stylist to do my hair. Sitting at her station I notice cut hair all over the counter and floor, she asks what Id like, and I say round brush with the waves away from my face. Post wash, she sections my hair and starts to work. I think the entire 45 minutes I was in the salon she may have said two sentences to me. As a new client, I expect my stylist to ask how much product I like, what my preferences are, I got nothing. She literally picks up a bottle of cheap hairspray and starts to spray it all over my hair. Being 12 weeks pregnant, Im very sensitive to smells and I have to tell you that not only was the spray overpowering, making me choke, the smell was terrible. The blow out itself wasnt bad, although she didnt turn it away from my face, she did the opposite. I wish this establishment all the best, but I will not be a client.

Grace is the only person I will ever trust with my hair. She truly knows what the client wants and does everything she can to make it possible. She also goes above and beyond when it comes to scheduling appointments. She makes it as easy on the client as she possibly could. I will be loyal to her forever. Not only is she one of the NICEST people on planet earth, she really knows what shes doing when it comes to cut, color and everything else hair! I get so many compliments on the richness of my hair color and beauty of my haircut because of her. I took my mom to Metro to get her hair completely redone and she couldnt be happier! Grace found a way to eliminate the appearance of her gray hair, and she is like a new woman! Metro carries the best salon supplies, is super clean and inviting and just all in all wonderful. If anyone says different, they have issues. Grace truly cares about her clients and will do all she can for you. I feel like she is part of my family. Do yourself a favor and go to Metro hair salon. Trust me, you will NOT regret it!

WOW! Thank you so much for making my daughters hair look so incredibly beautiful! What a transformation, the picture speaks a million words, glad I took a before and after pic. Your new keratin products and treatments are amazing, her hair looks and feels so soft, silky, straight, smooth, vibrant, and healthy. My daughters hair type and texture (very tight curls) is typically very hard to manage, as it gets so tangly and poofy all the time, however, with your new keratin treatment, her hair has become so easy to maintain and continues to feel and look amazing with only a few brushes. I really want to thank you for making our lives so much easier, with your one of a kind expertise and products. It honestly makes such a big difference in my daughters life to feel and look so great each day, with her hair being so easy to manage and maintain now. Ive been going to Metro Hair & Spa since it first opened & wouldnt change. Grace (the owner) has always done a great job on my hair. She has coloured, highlighted, given me exstenions & wash/blow dry twice a week when Im in town. I am always pleased....all the staff is friendly & even the coffee is great. Grace loves her coffee & makes it great, always a fresh pot! My husband likes me going there because not only do I always come out looking great but he drives me there & directly across the parking lot is a bar/resturant. So he always goes for a cool beverage while he waits for me to have my hair done. Ive also have great massages there & above average waxing. I was trying to find a Salon that was equal to a GTA Salon in Clearwater & Im thrilled I finally found it! Lots of Free Parking & centrally located just East of I #19 on Ulmerton, N side in Largo. Try it you wont be sorry!

Little did I know this place was going to be my full time salon... I came in one day to get my eyebrows waxed and was taken by Graces personable attitude. She was so sweet and honest. I then came back to talk about extensions, color, and cutting my hair. I am the most picky person ever when it comes to my hair. But something told me to trust her... She is so talented with the color, what am I talking about?! She is talented with everything! Grace has became like a family member to me, that I truly adore. I love coming into the salon just to say Hi because she brightens my day. My hair is super curly naturally and she made the impossible possible. The keratin treatment is amazing, it has been two months and my hair is still straight! Thank you Grace SO much. You are truly the best! Much love!

I absolutely love going to Metro Hair Salon and Spa. Grace does such an amazing job with color treatments to ensure my hair will look and feel healthy afterwards. Grace knows her stuff and always applies the correct mixtures for each individual hair type and texture, as she does with my daughters hair. Customer service is excellent, Grace never over-books me, only works on one client at a time, works around my busy schedule to fit me in quickly, always offers me a drink, takes the time to blow-dry and thoroughly straighten out my very long hair (this is key) while engaging in great conversation, and always make me feel valued and relaxed : ) Thank you Grace for always making sure I walk out looking refreshed, beautiful, and happy!

I was very nervous the first time I came here as I am very picky about who does my hair as I have had too many bad experiences. I had been going to the same person for the past year up until they moved away. My girlfriend introduced me to the owner Grace who is my new full time hairdresser. Though this seems to mainly be a womens salon, they are still great for guys who want a quick yet great haircut. Grace always gives a quick and perfect haircut. I never have to worry that I will be sitting in a chair for an hour, nor do I have to worry she will be so quick she makes a mistake. I dont review many places, but Grace and her salon are sure worth my time. Dont hesitate to stop in.
