I have been going to Amber for a little over a year now. She is always so sweet and patient and she always cuts and trims up my hair perfectly! When I first came in, I really didnt know what I wanted to do, but she worked her magic and now I have a haircut that is easy to maintain and style. I have great experiences with each stylist there, as there have been times when I just wanted to pop in for a quick bangtrim and Amber was not available. I recently went to another hair salon (my mistake!!!!) And had my bangs butchered by the stylist at the unnamed chain hair salon! I called the Beauty Lounge desperately seeking help! Ernesto advised me that they would be closed for renovations, but that o could come by anyhow and he would see what he could do. I popped by and another stylist was there at the Lounge. She told me Ernesto had gone to run a quick errand, but that she would help me. I sat down and she made my poor sad bangs into something I can tolerate and work with now! I am so thankful for the heart of the people that work here. I will never go to another chain again. Im only going to trust try the Beauty Lounge with my hair now. Thank you so much!!!!

I love the place!! Everybody is so nice!! Especially Evelyn Rivera. She does a magnificent job. I love how she do my hair and my daughters hair. For me she is the best. I recommend it 100%!! Thanks! Went in for a cut and consultation for color correction with Suzanne. She did an absolutely fantastic job of getting rid of all of the damage I had as well as giving it some much-needed volume. I love that she didnt douse my hair in five different products to style it. I booked an appointment to start working on the color next week! She was also able to cut my three-year-old sons hair without him having a meltdown, and that by itself is a feat. The salon is a nice atmosphere, and everyone I spoke to was friendly. My seven-year-old daughter likes to tag along when I have my hair done, and I appreciated that it was no big deal for her to hang out. I look forward to going back for my color, and I will be going in for some nail services too.

The owner Ernesto was my stylist. The last two times I had an appointment I showed up on time and had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for him to finish the last client. Today I had an appointment, came in the salon and the owner and another stylist were waiting on a client so no one greeted me. 15 minutes went by my stylist walked by looked at me and did not say a word. He continued to work on another client. For the price of the services I shouldnt have to wait or at least have someone take the time to let me know they will be with me shortly. After 30 minutes I ended up walking out because no one acknowledged me. Over priced and very rude.

It was fine, at least I got a trim. There was no wait but the hairdresser just did the bare minimum, not really worth the money. I usually have a hairdresser at least make a few suggestions, ask questions to get a better idea if they dont know what Im looking for, they are supposed to be more knowledgeable than I am....that didnt happen so I walked out with a basic trim, no actual change to the shape of my hair. I dont know how else to ask for layers, when they became so difficult unless you just want to hurry up and get me out of the store...

I Love the Beauty Lounge the renovations they did look amazing and all the stylist that Ive met have always been super sweet and friendly. I have been going to Amber for a couple years now and she always does exactly what I want. I had not dyed my hair in over 8 years and I finally got the courage to put some subtle highlights in and I couldnt be more happy. Amber did a golden balayage on me and made me look like a sun kissed goddess! Im in love! Amber is seriously the best!

She was super nice, made several suggestions, showed me pictures to give me an idea of what to expect, and suggested products to use on a daily basis to keep my hair shiny and healthy. Ive been there twice now and aoiffe carr has done a superb job! Awesome! from (keratin, cut/color and style). I have had more than enough compliments on her cuts and styles that I ask for. Im very happy to have found someone who finally listens to what I want for the style as it is what i wear and style myself on a daily basis. Thank you Aoiffe. Aoife has been doing my hair since 2012 and I have got nothing but compliments every time she does my hair.. She always has a smile on her face even that my hair can be a pain because its long and curly but that doesnt stop her. She also gets me done in three hours or less... My mother-in-law also started to go to her and some other people I know also...

My wife was really happy with Aoifes work on her hair - then she asked to do multicolored hair: DISASTER! She cant style her hair after the cut, colors were awful and I have spent close to $500 at another salon to fix it - theres still work to be done. I wish this would be the mantra to people: "If you dont know what youre doing - say NO to the job!"

Ernesto has been doing my wifes hair for at least 15 years! He has been grooming me for at least the past 10 years. He is excellent! We have not had a better hairdresser. He is excellent with color, highlights, and blow drys. We love him like family. My wife refers to him as her 2nd husband! Make an appointment with him...he is the best!

Came in for a quick wash, trim and dry. Kim did an excellent job with adding a little bit of layering to make it all look good. Even got a compliment on it a a few hours after from a complete stranger. The salon was nice and Im coming back for an updo this weekend. I think this will be my new spot.

I went to Amber after I decided to bleach my hair at home. She was able to fix it and start the process of me going blonde after box dying my hair black for so many years. I also got a complimentary glass of wine while getting my hair done. Cant beat that.
